Natasha didn't die. They took a Criminal with them since they figured out that since Glamora didn't come back that Thanos killed her to get the stone. Tony also didn't die since a random soldier took the stones from Thanos and not him. Sorry but I can't kill some very important heroes just because they decided to do something stupid but brave.
