{Sky Ferreira as Eden}
It was white.
Everything was white.
I heard a male voice call my name.
"Eden?" He called out.
"Who are you?" When he finally got into view, I saw his lanky body, blonde hair, and his lip ring. He was rugged, yet oddly charming.
"I'm Luke." He said.
"Where are we?" I asked him.
"Well, your physical body is the hospital, but we are mentally everywhere. Your thoughts aren't limited to anything, and we are in your thoughts, I really am only a hallucination."
"Are you like a guardian angel of some sort?" I asked.
"Some would say. I will be with you until you don't need me anymore."
"Why?"
"Enough questions, Eden. Now it's time for you to wake up."
I blinked once. I blinked twice. And when I blinked again, I didn't see completely white, or "Luke's" face anymore. I saw the cracked paint of the walls of a recovery room.
"She's awake!" My mother said hugging me. My dad sat at the end of the bed, and smiled weakly in my direction.
"What happened?"
"Well, you blacked out when we were ice skating? Don't you remember?" My mom asked me. "Did you hit your head too? Do we need to get the doctor back in here?"
"I'm fine. I remember now."
"Well, I'm glad. Now when can we get out of here Anne?" My father asked my mother, who looked at me.
"You can go home and take a shower and actually sleep, I know you must have been really worried."
"Are you sure you will be okay?" She asked.
"I'm in a hospital. There's doctors and nurses all around. I will be fine."
As soon as they left, a warm presence entered the room.
"You're back?" I asked him. Luke.
"Didn't you miss me?" He questioned. I was wondering if I'd ever see his face again.
I blushed, as he chuckled.
"I thought you were only in my dreams." I blurted out.
"Well, I can be." He replied as he started towards the door.
"No, don't go. Stay. I don't want to be lonely." I sighed.
"You could've just had your parents stay." He countered.
"Yeah, and be bombarded with questions from my mom 'Are you okay?' 'Do you need ibuprofen? I have some in my bag?' And my dad doesn't care about anything, so he's just in the doctor's way really."
"I'm here now, isn't that all that matters?" Luke questioned.
"It hasn't even been that long since I've last seen you."
"Or maybe it has been? Maybe in the span of the 10 minutes you have been awake, it's actually been a hundred minutes?"
And that's how the rest of the evening went on, him giving very deep answers to my very simple questions.
