Chapter two

Clarisa P.O.V

I got out of the shower to get dress, I didn't want to get out but I had to else I fear he will come looking for me and I really don't want to have a bad start with this man. I saw the clothing that Angel picked it was really nice a pajama shorts and a matching tank top, I got dressed and went down where I saw Shawn and some other people who I don't know I went to Shawn and sat his feet it is customary that you sit at your masters feet until he's done eating.

"Hi my name is Lydia, nice to meet you." This beautiful girl stated.

"I'm clarisa it's a pleasure meeting you." I said looking down.

"Don't worry you'll be fine my brother is not all that bad just don't get on his temper and you'll be ok." I nodded, has I was about to say something I was cut off by a very cold voice.

"Lydia we do not talk to pets, they are here to serve us no need to become friends with those ugly things." I literally had to try my best not to roll my eyes at the man who was talking I really wanted to say something but it's better if I shut up.

" I don't care what you say father, they are not things they are beings who deserves to live just like you and me and until you see that it's your lost" Lydia said defending me, so that's Lord Joseph he really does sound evil, Lydia looked down on me and smiled I gave her smiled back and kept my head down.

Dinner was over they all said there goodbyes the Lord gave me this nasty look I looked back down just so that I won't upset him he then left.

"Go upstairs your food is up there" Shawn said I nodded and went up the stairs I saw the plate I took it up, there was so much food, I've never seen so much food before in my life of course I sighed in where I let out a moan.

" I take it you have barely eaten" I heard someone said I looked up and saw Shawn he had changed into this more casual look he still looked sexy even sexier, I nodded and continued eating he was still stating so I stopped eating and looked back.

"Is there anything wrong master" he shook his head and got his laptop where he started typing I was really enjoying my meal but I couldn't eat all of it soon I placed it down.

Simone was knocking at the door where Shawn just said come in, it was Lydia he smiled seeing his sister I could tell he loved her.
"What's up little sis" she pushed him a little. " You know I hate when you call me that your only 100 years older than me" I opened my eyes I little wide that's a lot of years older probably not to a vampire but to us humans that's really old.

He chuckled and asked her why she was here, she turned to me and smiled.

" I was wondering if you would like to go shopping with me tomorrow" I looked at Shawn literally begging and pleading with my eyes hoping he would allow me to he looked at me for  a second and then nodded.

" I would love to!!." I said feeling excited, I have never gone shopping before I don't think any pet has ever gone shopping before if you think about it's pretty sad.
"Great I'll pick you up at 8 please be on time because I'm a very impatient person and I really want to be your friend." I nodded smiling, she later left the room with a good Bye I was so happy that I started humming my favourite song 'stuck with you'.

" Your humming is nice" I stopped immediately and whispered a quick thanks I went to the bathroom freshened up a bit and come out.

"So where should I sleep?" I asked in the most polite way as possible I didn't want to aggravate him.
"On the bed" I was shocked usually my masters in the past would let me sleep on the cold with no cover up or anything.

"Are you sure, because I have no problem sleeping on the floor in used to it" he looked at me with sad eyes or something else I don't really know. He got up went to his side of the bed and pat the side that I should sleep on. I walked to the bed got under the covers and lay my head on the pillow it was super comfortable.

I've never felt this comfortable in my life I let out a soft moan that I'm sure Shawn heard.

"Can I ask you a question?" Shawn said I turned to him where we met face to face I nod and he went on with his question. "why did you want to sleep on the floor?" I let out an unsteady breath because I hate to recall the past too much pain.

" My masters before you wouldn't allow me to sleep on the bed they either said I was to dirty or pets should never sleep on a bed they are meant to sleep on cold floor, this one time I was super cold where I thought I was going to die, my master wasn't in the room so I thought I could sneak in the bed and try to get warmer I felt a little better bu-." I stopped recalling the incident he gave me a smile showing me that I can go on , I turned over on my back and started looking at the ceiling.

"But I made the biggest mistake he came back home early when he saw me in his bed he quickly dragged me out I was really shocked and scared I begged and tried to say sorry but he wouldn't listen he took me to a dungeon where no one could hear my screams he did what he wanted to me wouldn't caring I try to push him off but I was already too weak when he was done he got up and laughed and call me a slut I wanted to die but I guess it wasn't my time." I said with a tear escaping my eye , he saw it and tried to come closer but instead I got off the bed.

"May I go to the bathroom?" I asked not looking at him he said a quick yes I walked quickly to the bathroom where I closed the bathroom and allow my tears to flow.
