Third person pov
It was just another normal day but today was when the letters were sent out. Several schools and several other players had been selected to attend a setter training camp. The setters attending would be Miya Atsumu, Koganegawa Kanji, Oikawa Tooru, Yahaba Shigeru, Kozume Kenma, Akaashi Keiji, Kageyama Tobio, Sugawara Koushi, Semi Eita, Shirabu Kenjirou, and Sasaki Ichika, Haruki Sakura, Suzuki Yua, and (l/n)(f/n). They were either selected for their ability as a setter or because their school was a good one.
All the players departed in the night on a Saturday, arriving on Sunday morning. Their stay would be a couple weeks and the first thing on the schedule for Sunday was breakfast and a welcome ceremony. They all slowly filtered into a gym where tables were set out with food and chairs. Miya walked with Kageyama and Sugawara. Oikawa and yahaba stuck together as did Kozume and Akaashi. Koganegawa didn't know anyone but chose to hang out with Semi and Shirabu. Sasaki, Haruki, Suzuki and (l/n) all knew each other from a different camp so they hung out.
The four had attended an intense camp for female volleyball players. Sasaki and Haruki were always setters, ever since junior high. Suzuki who was the shortest of the three had played libero, middle blocker, opposite hitter, and was now a setter. (y/n) was primarily a setter although if she wanted to she could play whatever position she wished. The girl was just a natural at the sport.
Once everyone was seated one of the 2 coaches had gone up onto the podium. He gave a speech while the female coach sat on the side. She was more like an assistant in (y/n)'s view. Anyways after that was over and breakfast it was time to do an ice breaker...
