A/N: THIS CHAPTER IS QUITE BORING- I HIT A WRITERS BLOCK (WELP) HOPEFULLY NEXT CHAPTER WILL BE GOOD!

----------------------------------------

The family had arrived at the Burrow, it was a tall house that that had at least nine or ten rooms, the living room was fairly spacious nothing compared to her Manor. It was cosy and was full of love. There were couches that were worn down and a pair of knitting needles knitting a sweater with magic, Christmas decorations hung from every corner of the room.

"Right, Rosie, i suspect you would want your own room so you can stay in Rons, Fred take her up and show her. " Molly spoke setting Ginny's trunk down with a thump.

"what about her trunk?"

"Ill send it up now, just hurry up, dinner is almost ready." All the children went their separate ways to various rooms in the House.

The stairs creaked and the wood was warping, window sills were cracked and portraits of the family hung along the way. Rosie ran her fingers over the bannister and walked up the stairs examining every crack made from love.

"It's not much, but it's home." Fred said breaking the silence as he watched her actions. They hadn't talked since the train ride, well, Rosie was avoiding him more than he was avoiding her.

"It's perfect" Rosie said with a smile. The pair had reached the top room with a big letter 'R' on the door.

"Well this is it, George and my room is one floor down, second door on the right, Ginny's is second floor first door." He opened the door and Rosie was immediately greeted with a small attic room, a bed in the corner and a dresser opposite, a large window was placed right by the dresser with a wide window sill packed with small plump pillows to sit by.

Rosie made her way towards the big window and stared out. The view was amazing, as far as the eye could see, she could see the backyard, the rolling hills and a small muggle town just in the near distance, rows and rows of fields surrounded them, vibrant with certain crops of wheat.

Fred had watched her briefly before going down to the kitchen.

----------------------------------------

"How is she settling in?" Molly asked as he reached the bottom of the stairs. Fred shrugged,

"She's used to living in a manor so i wouldn't know." He said with a scowl.

"Honey, you should cut her some slack, you told me this is her first Christmas in ten years, yes?" He nodded his head ready for a lecture. "Why do you think she has never had one before?" He shrugged, "Because she has no one to spend it with." And with that Ginny and George had entered the room.

-----------------------------------------

"Dad!" Ginny had yelled running into the arms of her father. The twins followed after then Mrs Weasley. Rosie was watching from the bottom of the stairs, her chin was rested in her palm and her elbow propping herself onto the railing.

"And you are?" Mr. Weasley asked as he approached her with his hand out for her to shake. Rosie had straightened herself and was now standing on the floor looking up to the man.

"Rosie Wagner, sir" she said with the polite manners her father forced her to learn. She shook his hand,

"Any relation to William Wagner?" Rosie nodded skeptical of his reaction. He nodded with delight,

"Never met him, good boss he is." Arthur bellowed as he entered the kitchen. Rosie had never really spent time with her father, he was feared and she was shocked at Mr Weasley's reaction. The children followed their father into the kitchen where there were chatters of how school had been and if anything was going on at the ministry. Serious Black came up into the conversation and Rosie tiptoed into the living room scoffing and rolling her eyes at his name.

Her fingertips brushed upon the mantlepiece above the fire place, collecting little to no dust on them. Her eyes were drawn to a picture of the whole family all in a row. It was a moving picture, Ginny was huddled behind Mr Weasley's leg, Charlie and Bill had their arm around Mrs Weasley, Percy looked completely uninterested whilst Fred and George were pinching Rons ears, who had a particularly unattractive expression on his face, the twins were grinning at each other before they got a hand to the back of the head by Percy. A smile had crept onto Rosies face, she moved from the picture onto another one, equally as charming, there were baby pictures and pictures of all the children on their first day of Hogwarts, she let out a gasp and a laugh as she saw the twins and laughed at their cheeky smiles . 'They are all so happy' She thought with a smile on her face.

Fred watched the girl examining the photos and couldn't help but feel pity for her. If he dared to imagine what life would be like without his sister or mother he would start to tear up. George came in and pranced onto his back who then gripped his fire red hair and pulled him into the kitchen.

A crash was heard from the kitchen and Rosie's head snapped around to hear Molly yelling at the twins, Ginny trying not to laugh in the corner along with Mr Weasley. He motioned her to come over for dinner,

"The pictures you have in your drawing room are adorable" She sat down by Ginny.

"Ah yes i think my favourite is the one of the whole family." Rosie chuckled and dug into her soup. It was really great soup.

----------------------------------------

"Right now all of you up to bed!" Molly had shooed the children out of the kitchen. The walk up to Rons room was too far for her liking after that killer dinner. She said goodbye to Ginny then the twins and went up one more flight of stairs. Moonlight was streaming in through the window, shining onto her bed. Rosie sighed and rummaged through her trunk to find 'Great Gatsby'. She settled and opened her book, Rosie hummed as she ploughed through yet another book. Glancing towards her watch it read 1 am and she went to sleep.
