As Levi continued adjusting the gear, I could feel his hands and body brush against me once in awhile making my cheeks turn a soft pink color. I shook my head, getting myself out of my thoughts and concentrated on what I had to do.

It's this or nothing Josephine, you can do it.

I sighed as he seemed to have finished up strapping the gear on.

He turned to me and gave me a stern look, however he didn't say anything to me as he positioned himself right next to Furlan who was on my right.

"Alright brat, look closely."

He said nonchalantly.

I looked over to Furlan who suddenly flew off into the distance, he used some buldings and walls to find momentum and increase speed, also saving gas in the process. I stared closely at his hands and body, making sure I analyzed every bit of information I could find, in the end if I couldn't get this I'd be dead.

Furlan made a few loops before coming back down to us, Levi giving him a small nod of approval and soon looked over to me.

"You ready?"

He said, not letting me back out of this one just yet.

I swallowed hard and nodded, turning my attention to the buildings that would soon be my greatest ally.

I looked back at the gear, remembering what Levi had mentioned to me.

Just pull the right triggers Josephine.

I furrowed my brow with determination and soon found myself up in the air, hooks clinging onto a wall. I smiled to myself, I was able to get myself up in the air at least. I quickly found myself having full control over my movements, being able to flip and turn with great accuracy and speed. I didn't bother to look back at the three, very familiar figures that were a few streets behind, barelyin sight.

I frowned as I made my way back and landed smoothly on the ground. As I looked up at my comrades, I noticed a look of disbelief, even Levi.

I raised a brow and walked closer to them, catching my breath from the adventure.

"What's with that look? Did you see a ghost while I was flying or something?"

I asked with a teasing tone, however none of them seemed to pay any attention.

There was an awkward silence until Isabel broke out of her trance, running up to me with great enthusiasm.

"Jo! How'd you do that? It took me nearly a month to be able to move at a reasonable speed! Are you sure this is your first time?"

She was shouting and bouncing all over the place, making a huge fuss about how I was able to master the 3DMG in a day. I giggled at the thought of poor Isabel having to deal with the very impatient Levi, who hadn't said a word since I landed.

"I-I'm not sure Isabel, I kind of just relaxed and let myself go.. I think?"

I muttered, starting to become a bit uncomfortable with Isabel's excitement and the utter silence from Levi and Furlan.

"Big bro did you see that?! I think she's better than you!"

I quickly turned my attention to Levi, who seemed to be smirking, but I wasn't able to tell because his expressionless face soon came back.

"You'll be pretty useful after all Josephine."

I smiled at him, a genuine, happy smile.

"However, you still need training, you might've been extremely good up there, but we don't want to rule out any tiny mistakes you made."
