"Sorry we're late!" Haneul apologized, bowing almost 90 degrees. The kids, although confused, copied her actions.

They were almost half an hour late to the restaurant and it made Haneul feel really guilty and embarrassed, especially with the new person around.

Taeyong and a guy she didn't recognize were already seated in the private room they reserved.

"Jeno got lost at the park and we had to take them home to wash up." Jaemin explained. He put a hand on Haneul's shoulder and had her stand straight. "I'm sure you know Taeyong. This other guy is Lucas."

"You can call me Yukhei. Or any name you want I have two." He politely stated. "I'm looking forward to being friends."

"I'm Lee Haneul. Mark is my older brother." The volume of her introduction seemed to fade through the sentence.

"Good luck with that. I'm not even classified as friend." Jaemin huffed, earning a slap from Haneul.

"You guys should take a seat. We've ordered some food already." Taeyong stated, gesturing to the seats. After a while of arguing who sits where, they finally got to settle down.

"I couldn't believe it when they told me. This is insane." Yukhei eyed the children, amused to see his friends in this state. "Do you remember me?"

"Heihei!" Chenle beamed, pointing at the boy. Jisung copied his action in tiny.

"Isn't that the chicken from Moana?" Donghyuck asked, making those at the table laugh.

"His hand looks like a chicken." Mark added.

Jaemin noticed Haneul's bouncing leg and her habit of picking at her lips. He took her hand and shook his head.

"It's okay, you don't need to talk if you don't want to. It's your first time meeting." He assured. "If you feel shy to speak I'll do it for you."

"Is she uncomfortable?" Yukhei asked, face suddenly serious. He had been informed of the situation with few details so he was worried.

"It's fine I'm just uh..."

"Deep breath." Jaemin reminded in a soothing whisper.

"Hannie hates you because she doesn't know you yet." Mark stated, moving the attention to him. "She was like that with Jaemin but now she loves him."

The other kids agreed while Haneul just hid her face in her hands, embarrassed.

"It's okay man." Yukhei smile seemed contagious as she even found herself smiling at it. "Then let me prepare the story of my life next time. I'll let you get used to me first."

"Looks like the food is here."

Like Taeyong had said, a couple of staff walked into the room and placed their order onto the table. Haneul was beyond shocked at how you could barely see the surface of the table.

"This one is on the house." One of the staff placed a plate of flan in front of Haneul. Her red hair looked familiar but she left before Haneul could ask anything.

"I want that." Jisung mumbled, pointing at the pork belly. He looked at Taeyong who was beside him with puppy eyes. Taeyong gladly loaded the boy's plate with pork belly and cut it into small pieces.

"You need to help him eat. He still has a hard time with chopsticks." Haneul pointed out. She had finished giving Mark his serving along with Donghyuck.

"I'll take care of these guys then." Yukhei served Renjun and Chenle their food and helped the the younger eat.

"Don't forget your vegetables Ji." Jaemin scolded, seeing as he only had meat on his plate. He looked at Haneul who had just finished serving the kids.
