"We need to be good boys for the sake of Hannie!" Mark announced, using his authority as the oldest to catch their attention.

"What about hyung?" Chenle asked.

"We don't care about him." Jisung answered. "He's just pickle."

"Everything needs to be at peace." Mark continued. "And for that to happen, I need Donghyuck and Renjun to separate."

"Why are you only pointing us out?" The two shouted in unison.

"Lele and Ji have no problem. Jeno is obedient. You two are demons." Mark bluntly explained. He was told that he had to watch over the two extra carefully. "So in conclusion, you two can't be next to each other."

"But how are we going to do that?" Jeno asked.

Mark, who was prepared, took a stick he had found in the laundry room and placed it in the middle of the living room.

"Renjun, Jeno and I stay here. Donghyuck, Chenle and Jisung stay there." He pointed to where each group stays and went to his area. "No one is allowed to cross the line without my permission."

"What if we need to go potty?" Renjun asked, concerned his side wasn't near the bathroom.

"Just tell me and I'll help you." Mark answered. "Sit down so we can watch cartoons."

And just like that, the first hour of the boys being alone was peaceful. They all sat still at a safe distance away from the TV like Haneul had taught them.

Once the cartoon was over, they decided to play with their blocks and toys. Renjun noticed something was missing and looked around. His favorite moomin doll was in the hands of no other than Lee Donghyuck.

"Give me back my moomin." Renjun said, pointing to his doll.

Donghyuck shook his head and Mark knew a fight was about to break out. "It's on our side so it's mine now."

"Hyuckie just give it back to him." Mark scolded.

"It's not yours." Jisung added.

"Give it back to me!" Renjun shouted.

"It's mine now. What are you going to do about it?" Donghyuck taunted.

"Renjun calm down. I'll get your doll."

"He belongs to me!" Renjun claimed, ready to cross the line.

"He says he doesn't want to be friends with you anymore so he's mine." Donghyuck deadpanned.

Renjun's fuse finally blew as he grabbed one of Jeno's blocks and threw it straight at Donghyuck who ducked.

The corner of the block hit Chenle's forehead, a loud thud coming from the impact. It grazed his forehead and left a small scratch.

Everything went quiet as the boys stared at the green haired boy with pure terror.

Chenle's bottom lip quivered as the tears streamed down his cheeks. His eyed widened as his chest heaved along with his shoulders.

A silent cry came first before a loud sob left his lips. He wailed at the top of his lungs, alarming the boys.

"Lele don't cry." Jisung pouted at the sight of his best friend's tears. He soon burst into tears, sad because he couldn't help his friend. "Lele don't cry please."

"What do we do? Noona is gonna slipper us like no tomorrow!" Donghyuck asked, panic making him tear up too.

"It's you and Renjun's fault!" Mark scolded, covering his ears. "Don't cry you'll make it worse!"
