Haneul clung onto Jaemin for dear life as she kept her eyes shut tightly. She was chanting something under her breath

"I hate to ask but are you praying?" He asked.

"You have a problem with that? I'm scared down to the bone on what could be swimming with us right now." Haneul ranted.

"You guys are siblings after all." Jaemin chuckled, remembering Mark before and after watching horror movies. "Shall I dive in deeper?"

"Can we go back now please it's almost dinner time." She requested.

As much as Jaemin wanted to continue teasing her, he decided to go back since he was hungry too. The moment they returned to the shore, Haneul ran around the sand.

"It feels so good to be back on land." She sighed, playing with the sand. "Now I want to make sandcastles."

"It's getting too late to make sandcastles." Jaemin went to put his shirt back on and waited for her to catch up. "Come on, let's go catch up with the others."

Haneul struggled to put her sandals on with her wet hands. Once she was done she held Jaemin's hand.

"You feel anxious?" Jaemin asked as they started walking.

She nodded shyly as she held his hand tighter. "I feel like I might mess up something at dinner and make a fool out of myself."

"Besides Ten, I don't think there's anyone you should fear. If he does do something, throw a fruit at him." Jaemin assured.

They reached the function hall and found everyone getting ready to eat.

"The couple finally decides to join us." Kun greeted. He handed them plates and chopsticks before walking back to the grill.

"I'll get you food too. Go take a seat." Jaemin ushered her to the table before leaving, but the girl had something else in mind.

"Where are the kids? Have they showered and eaten? Is Jisung eating okay?" She questioned.

"We're over here!"

The kids were all under a mosquito net tent. Jaehyun was feeding a sleepy Jisung while Yuta and Taeil took care of the other kids.

"My babies!" She cooed, running up to them. She all gave them a quick hug one by one and smiled. "Have you all been good boys?"

"Does she know that she's only older than Chenle and Jisung?" Doyoung whispered to Taeyong.

"Let her be. A mother loves her children regardless."

They all nodded to her relief. Jeno gestured her to come closer and took her hand. He placed a fairly big conch shell on her palm.

"I found it with Doyoung-hyung." He grinned. "If you put it against your ear, you'll hear the ocean!"!

"Thank you, Jeno. I'll cherish this forever." Haneul ruffled his hair affectionately.

"You don't have to worry about the kids during vacation. You have 14 babysitters so you should relax." Taeil assured, putting a hand on her shoulder. The girl squeaked in surprise and bowed 90 degrees.

"I will! Thank you for the help and bringing us along with you guys—"

Taeil was flustered at her formalness. "Ah it's alright! You don't have to be so formal or polite. I'm glad you came along and hope you're enjoying yourself too—"
