Naruto awakens after having a flashback of Orochimaru attacking them, but was hit in the head my Choji with a wooden plank.

"AHHH!" He looked around and notice everyone injured or beat up, his gaze slowly lead to Sasuke and Sakura a couple feet in front of him sitting down, and then Y/n inches from his face.

"Naruto!" She hugged him.

"Y-Y/n what happen, did that snake guy to this to you? Hurry everyone get down!" He yelled crawling on the ground.

"That idiot, he finally woke up?" Ino groaned carrying Rock Lee.

"This guy is something else," Choji groaned.

"Yeah, he's kinda starting to annoy me," Shikamaru rolled his eyes.

"I'll say," Y/n shook her head, she then looked at Sakura and nearly screamed.

"Sakura-chan?! What happened to your hair!" She rushed over.

"Huh?!" Naruto followed.

"Oh this ole thing...I'm changing my image. Yeah, changing my image!" She says touching her short strands.

Y/n could tell she was a little saddened, and didn't bother any further.

"It's cute on you," she says.

"I-Uh thank you," she smiled.

Sasuke scrutinize Y/n, then Naruto. She notice, avoided eye contact.

"By the way, what are you guys doing here?" Naruto asked.

"Sheesh it's such a pain to explain this to you," Shikamaru sighed.

"Everyone helped out," Y/n have a closed eyed smile.

"Yeah, we are thankful," Sakura played with her hair.

"They're both putting on a show of bravado..." Ino smiles to herself.

TenTen then arrives to take care of Lee, then shaking him around until he woke up.

"Are you stupid, you've could've gotten hurt!" She began chewing him out.

"You! Bushy Brows?!" Naruto ran up pointing at him.

"Naruto! Don't be rude," Sakura punches him sending him across the ground.

What in the world happened when I was sleep.

"That Naruto is certain out of the loop," Choji and Shikamaru talk among themselves.

"He's definitely not the type to be a protagonist of a story, just can't see it."

"Lee...thank you." Sakura bowed. "And Y/n because of you I was able to realize and wake up, I feel like I gotten a little stronger," she wriggled.

"I-Uh sure," Y/n blushed in embarrassment.

"Sakura..." Lee began crying. "My efforts just weren't enough. But, Sasuke...I mean what do you expect from the Uchiha clan...just possessing amazing strength. I was beaten to a pulp.

Beaten to a pulp. What does he mean. We're those guys really that strong...

Sasuke was quite shook.

"Sakura-chan! The Lotus of Leaf Village blooms twice."

"Great job, Rock Lee," Y/n smiled.

"Y/n-chan..? Next time we meet again, I'll become a stronger man," Lee declared.

"Okay." She smiled.

Naruto scoffed.

Sakura! Come here. Your hair I can fix it up for you!" Ino shouted.

"That'd be great," she replied.

"Your really sneaky, hugging him like that billboard brow," she growled.

"It's called first come-first served, Ino pig."

By the tell of their face expressions, Y/n knew they were talking about Sasuke, She laughed to herself.

"Sasuke! I'm glad you okay," Y/n wrapped her arm around his.

"Humph," he responded before eyeing her.

"THAT WITCH!" Ino and Sakura gritted.

As Team 7, Team 10, and Team Guy recover, Team 8 witnesses Gaara mercilessly kill a team of Amegakure genin. Although Gaara prepares to turn his attention to Team 8, who were hiding behind the bushes, his siblings persuade him to leave them alone. Gaara's team shatters the record for reaching the tower, reaching their destination in about an hour and a half, and Gaara does not have so much as a speck of dirt on his clothes.

They've realized, he is potentially dangerous.
