I was trying to find my best friend Jade to invite her to my party where I would finally tell her my feelings. I turn the corner and see her and sitting on the stairs looking at her phone " Hey Jade" I say and sit next to her " Oh hey Y/N " she responds putting her phone down. " Hey I was wondering if you had any plans this Saturday?" I ask trying not to sound nervous " No why" she asks " Well I wondering if you wanted to come to my party " I respond. She looks at me and thinks " Alright what time should I be there? " she asks with a smirk " 5pm " I say with a smile " Alright cya then Y/N/N " she says and gets up and walks away.
* Time skip to the party *
I walk around my house and check to see if everything is set up I see everything is set up right and I hear a knock on the door. I go to the door and open it and see Cat and Jade " Hey guys" I say with a smile " Hi Y/N" Cat says with a smile " Hey Y/N/N " Jade says with a smirk " Well come in and make yourselves at home " I say and let them in.
Everyone arrives at the party and finds their group and hangout I go to the living room and mess with the music setup to make sure its working I go in front of the microphone " If I could have everyone's attention please" I say but to no avail I roll my eyes and turn to Jade she mouths " I got you " she gets on top of a table and yells.

I send her a smile and she returns it and gets off the table " Now that I have everyone's attention I would like to say that I wrote a song for my best friend and I would like to sing it tonight " I say and Jade looks at me confused knowing she's the only person I talk to I clear my throat and start to sing.

I look at Y/N with my my jaw on the floor did she really just sing a song to me saying she loves me. I walk over to her and take her hand in mine and can tell she's nervous I just smile and look at her and say " I love you to " she just looks and me with wide eyes and smiles. I pull her into a kiss and everyone cheers she kisses back the kiss was short since there's a room full of people but it didn't mean any less.
