My Midoriya - Discontinued

chapter 2, choice

Todoroki turned to midorya. His curly green locks shook as he looked back at the taller boy.
"Hey Todoroki-kun?" His eyes lit up and his lips curled into a grin. Shouto nodded as a light blush painted his cheek. He looked down before midorya could notice anything.
"Do you think we could be partners?" His smile widened and his cheeks creased. This only made todoroki blush more.
"Sure. I don't see why not."

The small boy smiled again before saying goodbye and skipping away to his next class. Todoroki couldn't understand. Why was he blushing? What was that feeling?
It had been happening ever since the sports festival, only a few months before. In shouto's mind, the small boy had freed him. He had been released from a prison he was trapped in since childhood. Since his mother left. It was already hard seeing her go but touya's disappearance only made the bars thicker. Midorya has pulled apart those bars and set him free.

"HEY ICY-HOT MOVE IT!"

Todoroki was wakened from his thoughts by the loud boy's shouting.
"Sorry." Todoroki stepped aside and let bakugou pass him. He could see sweat trickle down katsuki's neck.
"Damn right, extra". He shoved past todoroki and joined kirishima on his way to class.
"Yo bakubro you smell like caramel!" kirishima laughed and put his hand on bakugou's shoulder.
"Got a problem with it spikey!?" The Pomeranian retorted with a scowl on his face.
"No! Not at all. I actually kinda like it"

Todoroki chuckled and adjusted his shoulder strap. His first class was with All Might but he wasn't to keen on going. Todoroki had always been pressed to surpass the hero by his father and he soon began to feel disheartened when they interacted. He didn't want to surpass him. He wanted to be himself.
Todoroki contemplated going to the lesson. He went anyway, he wanted to see midorya.

"YOUR LEASON HAS BEGUN! WHY? BECAUSE I AM HERE!!" All Might laughed at his entry and posed for effect. His laugh echoed loudly around the training hall. The sound bounced from wall to wall until it finally stopped.
Shouto rolled his eyes and faced midorya. The boy was smiling and bouncing up and down. He liked seeing izuku happy. It filled him with warmth and butterflies. He wanted the boy to never feel sad.

Each of the students began to train and enhance their quirk. Momo and Sato were sat at a table stuffing their faces for fuel, ochaco and Aoyama were clenching their stomachs, trying not to vomit, kirishima and tetsutetsu were punching the hell out of eachother and midorya was practicing his high kick. There were other students too, all trying their hardest to concentrate.

Todoroki also began to practice. He switched sides rapidly. Faster and faster, until they were almost together. He had been trying for months, but he couldn't seem to activate both sides at one time.

Eventually, the lesson ended and everyone was worn out. Before they left, mineta had to be frozen from the ankles because he tried to sneak into the girl's changing area. Todoroki also froze his hair as a punishment. Atleat he couldn't use his balls for a while.

Second period was boring, It was
A lecture about community safety. Of coarse, bakugou paid no attention and todoroki was almost certain he caught the boy asleep.
Todoroki, however, used this time to think about his exam partner. Izuku midorya. Todoroki was lost in thought and paid no attention to his surroundings. He was snapped out of it when he heard the teacher call his name.
"Todoroki.......todoroki.......... TODOROKI!"
'huh what happened" the confused boy apologized repetitivly while the class laughed together.
"Pay more attention okay?"
Shouto nodded silently as the lecture resumed.

A while later, class had finished. Children spilled from the exit and everyone headed toward the lunch hall.
