The gloomy beast wove around the metal box, filling almost every inch of space and violently shaking the elevator. It's glowing yellow eye slits were the only light source and even then it was almost impossible to see anything, other than the cloaking darkness of its figure.

"Calm down, Dark Shadow! I command you to stop this!" Tokoyami urged, struggling to hold control of his beast. Unfortunately, the creature didn't listen to its host's demands and only grew bigger and more dangerous. The more space it took up, the more the elevator shook.

By now Midoriya had realized the situation was the same as what had happened at camp and panicked. With no haste, he pulled his phone from his pocket and tried shining his light on the monster. But before any damage could be done, Dark Shadow had already struck him harshly with its claws and into the wall behind.

Midoriya's body hit the wall of the elevator, his spine twisting a little in the process as his back hit the rail. A yelp of pain and shock escaped his mouth as he fell onto the cold, metal flooring, a high pitched ringing beginning to fill his head.

"MIDORIYA!" The birdman called to his now unconscious friend while still trying to wrangle the unruly beast. But despite all his efforts, tokoyami just couldn't seem to gain control of his quirk.

This one small shake was enough to push the metal casing downwards, slowly tearing at the chords above.

Both Aizawa and Todoroki had fled up the stairs when the sound of loud crashing and shouting could be heard, from above. They wasted no time reaching the elevator, banging and prying open the clamped doors.

He didn't realise at the time, but the split haired boy was sweating. Not from his quirk but out of fear for his crush trapped inside. Vibrations could be felt throughout the floor from the chaos erupting from the box beside them and Fumikage's shouts began to grow continuously muffled by the second.

The box only shook more and more, as Dark shadow thrashed about inside, causing the few ropes holding them up to break completely.
