*the next morning*
Ben was trying to get dressed quietly so he didn't wake up Elena. But he forgot to turn his alarm off and it woke up Elena.
Ben: Morning. sorry for the alarm.
Elena: (smiling) Morning, it's no trouble it actually reminded me, I'm gonna invite Paul and Pamala over to tell them about the pregnancy. Unless that's not okay with you?
Ben: No it's no trouble. Just don't tell them about the fact my wife might be carrying her Ex's, potential baby.
Elena: (chucked a little) Ya, of course, I won't.
Ben: I have a big meeting today so I won't probably be home till late.
Elena: Oh okay. what is it about?
Ben: just some business on how we need to get rid of some workers and some s**t.
Elena: mhmm.
Ben kissed Elena bye and left the house.
Elena got out of bed and got ready for the day. Then a few minutes later she called Paul and Pamala to come over. They agreed and said they were on their way.
Elena was preparing for when they were coming. She was making coffee when she got a knock on the door.
Elena: (she said from the kitchen) It's open!
Paul and Pamala come in.
Paul and Pamala: hey gurl.
Elena: Hey guys.
They both sit down at the counter.
Pamala: So are you coming to work today?
Elena: well, I'm not gonna be at work for a while now. well, obviously I'm still coming in but not all the time.
Paul: Elena, you are the boss of this company. and the boss of this town. You have to be working.
Elena: This is why I called you guys to come.
Pamala: Ohhh I know that look, something is so going on.
Elena: (Smiled) Well, I'm pregnant.
Pamala and Paul both gasped with excitement.
Paul: Oh honey that's amazing!
Pamala: Omg Elena congratulations!
Elena: thank you guys, but there's a problem. Ben told me not to say this but I have to. Remember when I told you guys when I was forced to do you know what with William?
Pamala and Paul: yes.
Elena: well he didn't use protection and this baby might not be Ben's.
Paul: oh no.
Pamala: what are you guys gonna do now?
Elena: well Ben sounds so calm about this whole situation, but I know this must be so hard for him because his wife was forced to have that with her crazy Ex. then getting pregnant with maybe his baby?!
Pamala: yeah I mean I'd be f****ing pissed if I were him.
Elena nodded.
