Judges are the one who provide a brut , honest review and scores. The judgement should be fair enough for anyone to agree with. Neither partiality nor negligence is appreciated. The contest is fairly based on the work you do.
So , to become a judge you need to pass a small test. We will be providing a particular book, which you will be judging according to the criteria given in the next part and send us through mail. Comparing the grade sheet sent with the book , the decision will be made and will be intimated to the judges accepted.This is just to test your knowledge regarding the job. Even if you're not experienced no problem , the way you judge the book will tell us about your skills.

Now coming to the types of judges. There will be two judges per book :
1. A Writer's Judge 2. A Reader's Judge
Both the judges are given equal importance.
A writer's one will judge according the criteria a writer sees in other books. The writer's judge will provide a review* and scores with regards to a writer's point of view.
A reader's one will judge according to the criteria a reader tends to see in other books. The reader will judge and provide a small and crisp review* along with the scores in regards to a Reader's Point of View.

Rules :
• No partiality and no favoritism.
• If you're experienced , provide the details of the platform you're experienced in.
• You will judge according to the criteria provided in the next part. When the participant needs a review, you will have to give otherwise the scores are enough.
• Follow this account till the completion of the competition so, that you'll be notified if some changes are made.
• If you wish to unfollow the account after the results and awards are published , you're allowed. In case you have any queries please DM or send your queries to the mail id below, before and after the competition.
