After hours and hours of pure boredom, we heard the door to our house open. We only heard one set of footsteps. "I wonder which one it is, Traci or Jakob?", I thought to myself.
When our cell door opened, I was surprised. A short and scrawny kid looked down on us. "Hi!", he said. "My name is Travis. I will be taking care of you guys today while Jakob and Traci claim their reward."
He dropped two bags into our chamber. I quickly scrambled over to them. Inside of them were our daily supplies of food and drinks.
He then dropped in one more bag. I looked inside. There were several pieces of candy and a few toys to cure us of our boredom. "Wow! Thanks!", I said. Travis replied, "No problem. I'm way nicer than those other two scumbags."
He then shut the door and we settled in for the night. I dreamed that we would be rescued. I bet my cousin is thinking the exact same thing at this moment.
