Chan sat next to Jeongin who stared at the food in front of him. "Come on, Innie, eat," Chan says as he smooths the boy's hair. "I-I don't want to," Jeongin says as he slowly pushes the food away. "But it's your favorite," Chan speaks again and Jeongin shook his head.

"No. It's your favorite. I don't have a favorite food," Jeongin says as he glares at his boyfriend who sighs. "Innie...come on. What can I do?" Chan questions and Jeongin didn't hesitate to answer.

"Let me die."

Chan glares at Jeongin. "No. You are my baby and I'm not letting you out of my sight again," Chan says as he pulls the plate towards Jeongin. "Now, you can either eat it yourself or I'm feeding you," Chan spoke calmly again and Jeongin huffs; crossing his arms over his chest.

Chan sighs and picked up the fork, preceding to feed Jeongin who ate. It had only been a couple of weeks since Jeongin got back but it seemed like they weren't getting any better. Chan didn't want Jeongin to get therapists since he didn't know if one of them was going to give where Chan was keeping Jeongin away. Of course, he wanted the traumatized boy to get better but he didn't want him to be taken again.

When he finished feeding Jeongin, he took the plate and went to clean it off. Jeongin sat in the dining room, rethinking what he just did. He felt bad that he was making Chan do a lot of work and he knew the male was stressing. Jeongin looked around the house and got a frown.

Where were Chan's parents? Wasn't this their house?
Why is it so dim inside?
Where are the neighbors or...children?

Jeongin looked back at his boyfriend who was making himself something to drink. He got up and walked over to the male; wrapping his arms around his boyfriend once he got close. "Jeongin-"

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry I'm causing you so much stress and making you take care of me when I should be taking care of myself. I'm not a child but I'm acting like one, I'm sorry."

Chan placed the bottle he had in his hand and turned around. He kissed Jeongin's head and hugged him; rubbing his back. "No, no. It's okay, you don't have to be sorry," Chan reassures but of course Jeongin disagreed. "Y-Yes I do. I'm causing you so much stress and you don't need that."

Chan lifts Jeongin's face and gave him a small kiss. "Listen. I don't care that you're causing me stress because you're not, it's just where we are. I...I don't have a good memory here," Chan says, and Jeongin sniffles. "W-What kind of bad memory? Were you hurt or something? Did your parents hurt you?" Jeongin questions and Chan shook his head. "No...it's what someone else did to them," Chan says and Jeongin's eyebrows furrow.

"What...do you mean?" He asks and Chan gave him a kiss on the forehead. "Have you noticed how I only have you in our room, the living room, and the kitchen?" Chan asks and Jeongin nods his head. "T-There are three other rooms...what's in them?" Jeongin asks and Chan took his hand.

He leads Jeongin down the hall and walked past their room where Berry was peacefully sleeping. "This...was my old room when I was a toddler," Chan says as he opens the door. Jeongin's heart dropped when he saw the red-stained walls and cuts in the wall. Chan gripped Jeongin's hand and looked at him; Jeongin walking in fully to look at the marks as he lets his boyfriend's hand go. He looked at the curtains and opens them; seeing how it faced the woods and the window was broken.

"What...happened?" Jeongin asks as Chan stayed at the door. "Someone...came out from the woods and broke the window. I was playing in the playpen while my mother was reading in the rocking chair," Chan said as he pointed to the two objects; Jeongin noticing the stained wood as well. "The person...tried to hurt me but my mother jumped in and pushed the man away, the weapon he had dragging across my walls when he was pushed against it. He changed his target to my mom and pushed her to the chair; stabbing her multiple times which caused blood to splatter on the walls behind her and on my crib," Chan explains as he gestures to the wall and the somewhat white crib.

"He left me in here and went to find my father," Chan explains and Jeongin walked over and hugged him; Chan hugging back. He stopped explaining to calm down. "I...remember the weapon now," Chan says as he held Jeongin tighter. "What was it?" Jeongin asks as he ran his fingers through Chan's hair.

"A knife...I-I think that's where my trauma started after seeing my parents get stabbed. I got help as I grew but when that...incident happened in high school, everything came back."

Jeongin held Chan tighter, kissing his cheek and than placing one on his neck. "I'm so sorry, Channie," Jeongin whispers and Chan shook his head. "No...it's okay," Chan whispers back and Jeongin looks at him. "Do you want to cuddle?"

Chan nodded his head and Jeongin pushed him out of the room, closing the door. He took Chan's hand and they went to their room.
