In a large, dark, underground room in a beautiful and lavish palace, three villains(or perhaps heroes) sat at a low, rickety table of oak, formulating a plan. They were surrounded entirely by crates, barrels, and boxes filled with provisions of food. They were, in fact, in the very deepest part of Emperor Jang's spacious storerooms, which were situated far underground.
¨They're going to find out, if I have told you once I have told you twenty times, we cannot hide forever!¨
The speaker was a very pale man with long, unkempt bangs that reached his nose. The rest of his head was shaved, except for a small braid in the back. He was squatting with his knees hugged to his chest, his dark green eyes alert, his face expressionless.
¨Why would they ever suspect that three of the world's most wanted criminals are hiding in the storerooms of the emperor's palace, Yewan!¨
This time, it was a woman who spoke. Her thin, waist-length black hair was tied neatly in a bun on top of her head. Her skin was tanned and she still wore empress' robes, as well as a haughty expression.
"And now he's saying that if we just stay here and do whatever we please, we'll be fine," Yewan demanded, his anger showing on his face.
"NO! I'M SAYING THAT WE-"
"Stop it, guys. We have to focus on it. Our plan is almost complete! Now, how to reprogram the-"
"ARRRG at you!!!You are so, um annoyingly reasonable, Harim! We're all cooped up in here, so why can't we let our emotio-anger out?" Yewan interjected, looking thoroughly annoyed.
Harim was thin and pale, and he wore a tattered tunic and leather pants. His black hair was long and dreadlocked, and he had a general air of unkemptness around him. Even so, his face showed a hard determination.
"Because we have work to do! Yes, it's true, none of us have been outside for nearly a year, but-SHHHHH!"
They all quieted. Thump-thump clank, thump thump clank, thump thump clank- Then it stopped. They all recognized it. It was the footsteps of the emperor's soldiers, accompanied by the clanking of their swords. They'd finally come.
And then one of the horrible green-clad figures thrust open the door and leaped at Yewan.
