I stormed through the waiting room and Brandon stands up worryingly. "What happened?" He asks grabbing my arm. I stared at Brandon tears falling down my face. He pulls me into his embrace and as soon as Daniel walks in Brandon kisses me deeply. "I won't let him hurt you baby... he's hurt you enough already." Brandon says pulling away looking Daniel dead in the face. "I never hurt her.. she brought this upon herself." Daniel says carelessly. I try to leave the room but Brandon grabs me. "She brought this upon herself? She wasn't the alcoholic, she wasn't the one cheating purposely because someone couldn't grow the hell up and treat an amazing woman with respect, and she most certantly wasn't the one doing all of the abuse. So don't ever say she brought this upon herself without seeing your own faults."

Daniel quickly picks up Danny and grabs Karenza's hand, trying to exit the room. "You can't keep running away from your problems Daniel. It's time to handle shit like a man." Brandon continues. Daniel stops in his tracks and puts Danny down, advancing toward Brandon. Brandon pushes me away softly and stands up to Daniel. I've never seen him so mad. "Don't ever tell me how to handle mines, you don't know what went down in there or in our relationship. She asked for everything I did to her and she knows it." I notice Brandon balling up his fist and I grab his arm. "Let's go baby." I say trying to calm him down but he shakes my hand off. "Go to hell." Brandon says and Daniel laughs. "I was there when I was married." He replies slyly.

I rushed out the room, running to the car, holding in my tears until I got inside. I buried my head into my hands and sobbed loudly, letting everything out. I hear car doors open indicating the kids were getting in the car. They were quiet, watching me cry loudly while looking out the window for Brandon. I only wanted him at this point. I see him being escorted out of the building by a security guard. His hands were behind his back so I assumed he was in handcuffs. When he approached the car, the officer takes off his handcuffs and he gets into the car, breathing hard. I examined him... His lip is bleeding and there's a scratch along his eyebrow. There was also a few blood spots on his shirt. He starts the car and takes my hand into his looking at me seriously. "No one will disrespect you like that. I promise." He says then he drives out of the parking lot driving to a near-by hotel.

I looked at him confused. "Why aren't we going home?" I ask and he sighs taking the key out of the ignition. "We need to finalize this divorce. I can't keep thinking about how you're still legally married to a man like that." His voice cracks and his eyes begin to water, turning a dark blue. "I just want you all to myself... I DON'T WANT HIM IN THE PICTURE!" He yells slamming head against the window. Serenity screams in the backseat at Brandon's sudden reaction. "Baby, please... Pull yourself together." I say grabbing his hand. He looks at me and interlocks our fingers. "I will always put you first, and I will always love you."

2 hours later
Daniel

"Daniel baby, why are you so worried about Serenity? We could start our very own family..." Karenza says hugging me from behind kissing and biting my neck. "Just me and you and our own kids." She continues. I push her off me hearing her body collide with the wall. "I asked you to leave me alone, I'm not asking you again." I looked at her in the corner of my eyes and she adjusts her robe and storms out of the office.

I took out a small bag of cocaine from my pocket and began to set up a few lines using a nearby business card. I smiled as I opened the drawer to the desk and pulled out a small piece of paper beginning to roll it up. I take out a few pictures of Selena and took in the coke feeling it kick in almost immediately. I started to cry and I closed my eyes tight.

"Daniel." I heard a familiar voice call out in front of me. I open my eyes seeing the love of my life in front of me, in the outfit she wore the day of the heart breaking mistake. "Selena, baby please come sit in daddy's lap." She grinned and moved over to me shyly, her hands behind her back. I reached out to her and brought her into my lap. I stared at her feeling her thick thighs. she giggled and pushed her pixie cut hair back behind her ear. "Khalil is waiting for me... Isn't he?" She asks as I felt her soft area. "No baby.. I am."

She gets up from my lap and starts walking to the door. "Baby where are you going?" I ask nervously scratching the back of my head. She continues to walk, now starting to open the door. "BABY WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU GOING?!"

The door slams shut

I quickly straighten out a few more lines taking them in roughly praying Selena would come back to me.

I panicked.

Then I blacked out.
