"Happy Birthday!" People cheer from my house when Michael and I walk in. I jump a little in shock of just finding people in my house, but then I recognize it's all Jerseys from school so it's not bad.

"Awe, thanks guys." I breath out, giving them a smile. "How'd you all get in here? I thought I locked my door. And where is everyones car?" I ask now confused, I don't remember any cars in my driveway.

"Ask Derrick, he planned this whole thing, he had people carpool and then park in the parking lot at Marty's." Ana tells me. Marty's is a grocery store that's a three minute walk from my house.

"Really? Where is he?" I ask her as people begin moving about, getting into their own conversations, besides Michael who stays put behind me.

"He went upstairs so you could go talk to him in private. Just please, don't do anything I wouldn't approve of." She requests, before declaring she's going to find Luke.

"Michael, do you think you'll be fine down here while I go see Derrick?" I ask him, turning to see him just waiting there, looking at the floor as if he's scared of everyone in the room.

"Why wouldn't I be? Go see your boyfriend, I'll be fine. I'm going to head home anyways, I'm not feeling too well." He says, looking at me with a small smile. I notice he changed his eyebrow ring from silver to black, but when did he do that? It looks better. His red hair is fading a bit too, you can still tell it is obviously red, but it's a little fainter. If you look from an arm-length distance you can see a tiny bit of blonde- I'm assuming his natural hair color- growing back in. And I'm now noticing a bit of a baby face on him, his green-brown eyes suit him well. He's cuter than I realized.

"Awe, I'm sorry. I hope you feel better, hm? Text me later, we can plan to hangout sometime soon." I tell him, giving him a hug as I tell him to get better.

"Oh, yeah okay." He says, and then we say goodbye, I shut the door after him and head upstairs in pursuit of Derrick.

~~~~Michael's P.O.V~~~~
Her hair smells nice. Like, really, really nice. It smelled like strawberries and kiwis just danced on her hair for the mere purpose of being smelled. Dude, stop thinking of hair like a creep and drive yourself home. It probably looks creepy to all her friends having you just sit in her driveway, in a parked car, with your head against the steering wheel. Really creepy.
But I'm her friend. She wants me to text her later. And she gave me a hug. A pity hug. And maybe she just wants you to text her later because she might be bored. "Shut up." I whine to myself, starting my car and pulling out of her driveway, going on the road back to my house.
When I get home I lock my car up, and get inside my house finding a note on the table.
Dear Michael and Calum,
David and I have gone out for dinner tonight, and we're unsure of when we'll be home. We know Calum had that party to go to at Allison's and I think Michael went too, but incase one or both of you get home before us, we just wanted to let you two know there's money in the first drawer to the left of the sink for pizza, and no Mikey you cannot order seven of them. There should be enough for two larges, and with that being said we're expecting there to be leftovers. Be good, Love you two, Xoxo, Karen.
I get pizza tonight, yes.
~~~~ Alli's P.O.V~~~~

"Derrick? Are you up here?" I ask, walking into my room, but finding nobody in here. Ana said he was up here though? Did he leave or something?

"Keep it down, Alli will be home any minute." I hear Derrick whisper from the guest room across the hall, though it was definitely more of an Irish whisper. Who has to keep it down? And why?

"Oh, so she's not allowed to walk in on you fucking me?" That's Samantha. Ouch, her? Again? He's with the school slut again, in my guest bedroom? On my birthday?

"Not yet, give it a few weeks and then I don't care. After Calum's birthday bash I think I'm calling it quits on her. I think- oh shit like that." He says, cutting himself short with a moan. I don't notice my own tears until I walk into my bathroom and shut the door, locking it behind me. I look into the mirror, look at who I am. I'm Allison Peters, eighteen year old girl whose been cheated on now three times, or however many times Derrick's been going behind my back. I'm Allison Peters the girl whose stupid enough to have taken him back each time. I'm Allison Peters the girl who thinks that Jerseys are better than other guys in school because of a stupid jersey they own. I'm Allison Peters the girl who is done with all of the Jerseys bullshit, Allison Peters who is on a mission to be done seeing Jerseys and to find a normal quirky guy and make him my own, being able to trust he won't be a dick in the end. I'm Allison Peters, and I'm so done with Jerseys.

So meow, here's a chapter that's like a filler I guess, I dunno it's sort of eventful because Alli is so done with Derrick's bs and you go girl. And please listen to the song on the side, it's legit one of my absolute favorite songs right now. If you don't see it on the side because some devices don't let links appear, the song is Stay by Mayday Parade and it legit needs to be listened to because it's awesome like that, okay? Okqy glad we got that covered.
