On December 7,1941 Japan attacked Pearl Harbor. 353 planes were launched from six aircraft carriers and troop transports were ready for deployment. In our timeline, the aircraft carriers were out at sea doing maneuvers but in this timeline, they are in Pearl Harbor. The Japanese air force targets the aircraft carriers first and destroying the aircraft to prevent planes form going into the air. Then they must send in more bombers and light Japanese fighters to deal with the battleships and artillery, then would destroy the anti aircraft guns. On December 8 and a day of bombing,Japanese troops land on Hawaii. They immediately capture Pearl Harbor and then capture the rest of Hawaii in two months. While so the Japanese capture Guam,the Philippines,and Midway is taken over by Japanese shortly after Pearl Harbor easily because the American navy is in ruins so they can not help the soldiers there.
