Chapter 3: Battle of D'Qar

[Luke leaving the Realm of the Whills]

Luke leaves the tree and sees the back door of Thana's ship closing and Angel falling to the ground unconscious on his front side face first, Luke asks Chewy, "What happened here?" Chewy runs over to Luke, roaring with grief, Luke replies, "I know, I know, I miss Han too," and gives Chewy a hug.

Luke then says, "I mean what happened just now." Chewy roars on making a gesture with his hand toward the sky gesturing a ship coming down and continues. He then roars while motioning to Luke that he yanked his arm but was sad it didn't come out. He then roars, and Luke says, "They took the girl?" Chewy nods, Luke then runs over to Angel. He then tells Chewy, "Get me something to write with." Chewy's runs to the Falcon and back and Luke writes a note for Angel.

The locals come running over. They rush to Angel and carry him on a stretcher back to the village to heal him, Luke motions the letter pointing it at Angel and a local nods back and takes it from Luke. Luke then turns to Chewy and says, "We have to get to Leia and the Resistance." Chewy roars in agreement and they rush to the Falcon. As they take off, Luke begins to meditate as Chewy flies the Falcon,

Luke then says, "Quick Chewy, take me to Leia." Chewy does so and punches in the coordinates to the Resistance Base he was just at. Then they warp through hyper space.

[D'Qar: Resistance HQ]

Officer saying, "General Organa (Solo), there is a ship inbound. Based on its size we believe it's the Millennium Falcon." Leia looks confused and thinks to herself, "why would Rey be coming back so soon." When it lands, Leia walks over and when the ships door opens, Leia see's Luke and smiles as he rushes towards her. Luke gives Leia a hug as they reunite. R2 rushes over in excitement, and Luke says, "Good to see you too buddy," and R2 launches Luke's lightsaber in the air and Luke catches it. Luke just smiles. He then hugs Leia again and says, "I'm sorry I couldn't be there for Han. I got caught up with something."

Leia says, "It's alright, we have a war to win. Just ask yourself, what would Han do in our shoes?"

Officer interrupts, "I hate the be the barer of bad news, but we got company." He points up and a ship appears over the planet, and then Snoke's ship appears, along with Dreadnoughts and Kylo and Hux's fleet. Luke looks concerningly at the Falcon, and proceeds to tell Leia, "I was wondering how they found us on Ahch-To."

Leia replies, commanding the officer, "Get a team to search that ship." Chewy roars and goes back on the Falcon to help look. Poe Dameron runs over and says to Luke, "General Skywalker, I'm honored to be in your presence."

"Who are you?" Luke says.

Poe says, "Commander Dameron, at your service!" and salutes Luke. Chewy then roars, and the Officer says, "We found it, they were tracking the Falcon."

Leia says softly, "There's a spy in our midst."

Luke looks up and asks, "Why haven't they attacked yet?"

Officer asks Leia, "What should we do about the spy?"

Leia says, "Nothing for now, it's too risky. Call Admiral Holdo, we need reinforcements, pronto!"

Officer, "Yes General Organa."

Luke orders, "Prepare to launch an assault."

Leia refutes, "If they aren't attacking, we should use this time to prepare a plan and counterattack theirs."

Luke disagrees, "Why, when we can catch them off guard and strike while we know reinforcements are on their way?"

Leia arguing back, "We don't have very many fighters available, 20 or 30 max compared to 100-200 Tie Fighters plus." Everyone else remains still while the two commanding Generals argue.
