~kaitlynn's pov~

me and kairi went to this big ass mall
i bought everything i needed
from underwear till shoes
from perfume till make up

3 hours later we sat in the jeep again
the whole trunk full off bags
kairi also bought some new clothes
but mainly the back were mine

not many time passed and we were in the driveway again
the maids helped us to get the bags to my room
when every bag was there i started unpacking everything

i was done around 11 pm
i changed in mattia's boxer and a over sized t-shirt

i was just scrolling thru my insta feed when mattia came into the room
"hey princess" he said
"hey matti, how did it go" i asked
"fine, sad we didn't have to kill someone" he said with disappointment in his voice

i just stared at him in shock
did he really just said that

"i was joking weirdo, your so easy" he said laughing
"you had me thinking of escaping for a sec" i laughed with him
"i am gonna shower rq, brb babe" he said while walking to the bathroom

about 30 minutes later mattia came out of the bathroom
with some boxers and a shirt
he layed down on his bed

"goodnight princess" mattia said
"goodnight matti" i said

~some time later~

i went wide awake when i saw a flash outside
not to mention
i hate thunderstorms
i was scared of them since i was born
and it became even worser when my dad was hit by one
his car was on fire right away, the police said
that's how i lost my dad
and i was only 11

not even a minute later thunder was heard

i didn't even think twice before stepping out of the bed

i went over to mattia's bed
pulling the covers up
laying down next to the boy
digging my head in his neck

"huh, princess what are you doing" he asked
then a flash was out following by a really loud thunder

"are you scared of the thunderstorm" he asked softly while hugging me tight
i nodded in his neck
letting the tears fall

he pulled me on top of him
slowly stroking my hear
whispering things in my ear

after about 20 minutes i calmed down

"tell me everything tomorrow okay" he whispered
"now go to sleep amor" he whispered

then i fell asleep
again feeling safe in my kidnapper his arms

fun fact: i always cry when there is a thunderstorm, not bc of a bad memory or something just cuz i am a cry baby hihi

okayy i am gonna sleep now cuz i have to go to school tomorrow
