part 6; falter

your pov:

I told him. I told Kenma. I've apologised over and over again, and I think he's finally accepted it. He's hugging me for the fourth time now, mumbling stuff about how it was okay and how he'd have done the same thing. His embrace is warm and it calms me down. It feels like a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. 

"You're really not mad?" 

He shakes his head and smiles at me. We pull away from the hug and I lean into him. He plays with my hair, and it sends a tingle down my spine. I look up at him. He looks happy. 

"Thank you for telling me," he whispers in my ear. 

I nod. 

"Woahhh. Did I walk in at the wrong time?" Kuroo enters the room again, his hair soaking wet from the shower. 

I don't move. Neither does Kenma. 

"Shut up," 

Kuroo grins and sits down next to us. He takes a photo and giggles to himself. 

"What are you doing?" Kenma asks.

"Nothing," more giggles. 

A split second later, a photo attachment is sent in the group chat with all the guys from the team from Kuroo. 

"Tetsuro. I'm going to murder you" Kenma says in a stable and clear voice. 

I open the photo. Our backs are against the couch, and my head is on Kenma's shoulder, and he's twirling my hair. 

yaku: aww

kuroo: yama we need to get her back

kuroo: yama answer dont make me look like an idiot

yaku: its 1 in the morning kuroo go to sleep and stop being creepy

kuroo: im not being creepy

y/n: yes you are

kenma: agreed

kenma's POV:

My mind is blanking again. I can't remember what she taught me. The only thoughts going around my head are 'SHE. HUGGED. YOU. BACK! SHE. LEANED. INTO. YOU! SHE. DOESN'T. THINK. YOU'RE. WEIRD!'

I finish the test, but I can tell my answers are wrong again. I just want lunch to start already so that I can see her again. 

The bell rings. 

I check my phone. 

yamamoto: nooo y/n has turned to the dark side

lev: what's the dark side

yamamoto: kenma

lev: how is kenma 'the dark side'

yaku: yeah tora how is he the dark side

fukunaga: yeah tora

yamamoto: uhh

lev: lol 

yamamoto: stfu

y/n: will u guys shut up

kuroo: no

y/n: ur toxic

y/n has left the chat
