Chapter 3💛

(y/n)'s POV

Me and Akiyama spoke through class and by lunch I was comfortable with her and began to call her Aki.
We walked into lunch together talking until Tetsu shouted at me to come sit with him so I asked Aki if she wanted to join us,

"I need to go speak with a teacher but I'll see you in class later, bye (y/n)" she said as she walked out of the cafeteria.

I walked over to Tetsurou's table and sat down between him and Yaku.
I quietly ate my lunch, not involved in any of the conversations around me until I had Tetsurou start talking to me,

"Yeah (y/n), we normally sit with the volleyball team but since the first years have only joined today there's no lunchtime practice and they're all trying to make some friends" He sat talking as if it was the most interesting thing ever before going back to talking to some other third years,

"Speaking of friends who's that girl you walked in with?" Yaku asked me.

"Oh that's Aki, she's in my class, I really like her, she was going to sit with me but she had to do something" I said with a small smile,

"She seems friendly, it's nice to see you coming out of your shell more (y/n)"

I became a bright shade of red and tried to say a reply while hiding my blush, "T-thank you Y-yaku"

He said it was no problem, still smiling sweetly,
I looked down trying not to make eye contact when I realized I still had his jacket,
"Um Y-yaku do you want your jacket back?"

"Oh no that's fine you can give me it tomorrow, we can't have you walking around with a skirt that short and nothing to cover it." He chuckled slightly

Before I could answer, the bell rang and all the third years went to class.
I made my way to my classroom quickly and on the way I ran directly into someone who was way taller than me (I was under 150cm tall) I fell to the floor and immediately apologized to the person (who I assumed was a third year),

"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry, I'm so sorr-"

"Woah it's okay"

I looked up to see a boy with grey hair and green eyes reaching out to help me up,
"I'm Lev, What about you?"

I gratefully took his hand and once I had stood up I realized how tall he was (he had to be at least 190cm),

"U-uh I'm Kuroo (y/n), but people mostly call me (y/n), I'm a first year"

"Wow really, I'm a first year too"

I stared up at him shocked, how was he a first year?! Before I had the chance to ask, the final bell rang and we both ran to our classes.

"Bye (y/n)!" I heard him shout down the corridor,

I was slightly late to class but the teacher let me off with a warning, thankfully.
