Selena's POV

This weekend cars are back on track in darlington, Austin Cindric will be filling in for me. I'm not gonna lie it's a little depressing knowing I won't be able to finish the season and I have to watch someone else drive my car but In December it will all be worth it when the baby is here.  On Sunday I will be announcing that I am pregnant I can't keep it a secret forever sooner or later I'm gonna go in public and someone is gonna recognize me and see my stomach.

"Hey are you okay?" Chase says taking me out of my thoughts.

"Yeah just a little down, I wish I was driving this weekend and for the rest of the season"

"I know but it's going to be worth it when our baby is here in 7 months"

"I wish the baby could be here now I really want to meet my little one"

"So do I, will you be okay while I'm away on Sunday"

"Babe I'll be fine just go and kick some ass for me"

"I'm just scared because I'll be away more often because I will be running a few truck races this next month along with the cup schedule"

"I'm going to be fine I have Norman and fletch, I'll keep myself occupied, maybe I'll even start designing the baby's room, and the days you are racing in the trucks I'll be with Hailie"

"Okay that sounds like a good idea, I still want someone here with you, you don't handle depression and sadness very well by yourself"

"Your right I'll have my mom come over and help me with the room designing and keep me company"

"Thank you, now I'm hungry what's for dinner"

"Grilled shrimp tacos my king"

"Yum, would you like any help?"

"Nope I cut up the vegetables this morning, now all I need to do is heat up the corn tortillas and marinate and cook the shrimp oh and make the sauce"

"Okay babe I'm gonna go play some COD"

"Okay I'll let you know when it's ready"

He gives me a kiss then leaves to go play COD while I get started on dinner, I love cooking my mom and both of my grandmothers showed me how to make some things before I branched off and started trying new things.

"Babe food is ready"

I make chases and my plate and set them down on the table. And see chase take his first bite.

"Wow babe this is good"

"Thank you I'm glad you like it this is my first time making this"

"All of the food you make is good"

It got quiet for a couple minutes before he spoke up.

"What do you think the baby is gonna be"

"Honestly I just want the baby to be healthy that's all that matters"

"Your right I want a boy because I can teach him boy things, but I also want a girl because I want a little princess to spoil"

"Damn since I got pregnant my apetite has been so increased watch I'm gonna gain like 50 pounds"

"I don't care you'll still be sexy in my eyes"

"Aww so sweet do you want to have a movie night"

"Yeah how about you get that pretty little ass of yours off your feet, I'll do the dishes and you just sit down and pick a movie"

"Babe I can do the dishes you don't have to"

"Nope I'm doing them end of discussion"

Chase does the dishes while I look through the DVDs that we have, knowing that me and chase both like horror movies I pick Halloween. He walks out of the kitchen and sees what I picked.

"Oooooo nice choice, I'll grab a blanket"

We watch the movie and there are some jump scare scenes that scare me and chase could tell because his arm wrapped around me tighter. When the movie was over it was 10:30 and I was feeling tired and I know chase was also.

"Come on darlin let's get some sleep I gotta leave early in the morning"
