Chapter 4/ forget about it

*Anthony's pov*
This morning I woke up before Avani and just sat there and really took her presence in. She was gorgeous inside and out. I really want to ask her out but I'm not sure what she would say, she probably doesn't feel the same. I don't think I could take being rejected. Ughhh my thoughts really get the best of me.
Avani- "you know girls can feel when people are staring?"
Anthony- "sorry"
Nice gong she probably thinks you're a creep now.
Avani- "it's okay, I kinda liked it"
Anthony- "oh really"
I put on this really weird smirk and she just laughed at me.
Avani- "stoppp that face is funny and it's too early to laugh"
I kept making the face and made her laugh.
*Avani's pov"
I woke up because I felt eyes but I didn't open mine yet, I wanted to see how long it would last. After a bit I said something and we started talking and laughing. I decided that I wanted to shower so I got up and started getting clothes together.
Anthony- "hey where are you going?"
Avani- "I'm gonna go shower"
Anthony- "without me?"
Avani- "I mean it wouldn't be the end of the world if you joined"
Anthony- "I was kidding cause I know girls hate that line, I was not expecting that response"
Avani- "I'm not like other girls"
I put a stupid smirk on my face to make it seem a bit more seductive. We walked my bathroom and started making out. I lifted his shirt over his head and he did the same to mine, he took a minute and just looked with a grin. I kissed him and he kissed back making it deeper.
*Time skip to after the shower*
We were dressed and sitting on my bed, it was silent for a minute until Anthony broke it.
Anthony- "so that was-"
I cut him off
Avani- "amazing"
Anthony- "yeah"
*Anthony's pov*
We were sitting on her bed not saying anything and I couldn't take the silence anymore so I broke it.
Anthony- "so that was-"
I was cut off by Avani saying something
Avani- "amazing"
Anthony- "yeah"
I really want to ask her out but it's only been like 4 days. Ughhh is it too early? Does she even feel the same? Will I get hurt? I tried and tried to get those thoughts to go away but they wouldn't. I love her. Oh my god. What? I could I love her. I don't even know her middle name!
Anthony- "what's your middle name?"
Avani- "random but it's Marie"
(I made that up)
Anthony- "that's pretty"
Now I know.
Avani- "thank you"
*Avani's pov*
I was sitting there and all of a sudden Anthony asks what my middle name is. I told him it's Marie and he just aid it was pretty. I wonder what made him ask that. It was totally out of the blue so I have no idea why he said that.
Avani- "I'm bored"
Anthony- "we should get food"
Avani- "I don't feel like moving let's just postmate it"
Anthony smirked at me when I said I didn't want to move and we started laughing hysterically.
Anthony- "okay it's all ordered"
Avani- "let's make TikToks"
Anthony- "okay"
We picked the cocoa butter kisses sound and started dancing. I got a bit nervous and started being all weird. We just laughed though. Why did I get nervous? It's just Anthony. Do I like him? No I can't. I don't want to hurt him. I'll just leave anyway.
Anthony- "I'm posting it"
Avani- "I look weird"
Anthony- "you look fine"
I gave him the 'I'm not stupid look' and he just smiled. Ugh his smile is enough to make you melt like ice cream on a 100 degree day. Those dimples could make anyone fall in love. His eyes could make you sink into them without even trying. He's perfect. Stop. Don't do this to yourself. Remember last time? Don't put yourself through that again. Ughh but I want to.
Anthony- "what?"
Avani- "huh?"
Anthony- "you were staring"
He giggled a little bit and I was embarrassed
Avani- "sorry, I just realized you have dimples"
Anthony- "oh, yeah."
Avani- "I hate you now"
We just laughed. The food was finally here so we sat down and ate. We talked about literally anything and it was so much fun.
Anthony- "what do I gotta do to make you mine?"
He quickly covered his mouth and it looked like he didn't mean to say that.
Avani- "ya just gotta ask"
Anthony- "wait what?"
Avani- "all you gotta do is ask"
Anthony- "okay, Avani will you be my girlfriend?"
Avani- "yes."
He put his hand under my chin and lifted my head, he looked into my eyes for a second and kissed me. It was like a dream. Forget about that stupid don't get attached rule.
