Violet woke up the next morning bright and early, which has always been the case since she has always been a morning person. She got up and changes into a simple outfit, which was a t-shirt and some jean shorts.
She combed a brush through her long, thick dark brown hair, and just left it down in it's natural waves, then she grabbed her toothbrush and brushed her teeth.
She grabbed a book to read, while she was out to look at her new town that she had to get used to.
She skipped down the stairs after being done in her room. The smell of pancakes wafted in the kitchen, her mouth watered at the smell.
She skipped into the kitchen to see her mother at the stove, and her father and brother at the table. Her father with a newspaper in his hand, sipping on some coffee.
Her brother was just sitting at the table with a small toy car in his grasp. She smiled at him.
Even though he was only six years old, at the time but he still acted like a little kid, which she adored.
She sat down next to him, and made a silly face at him, once he looked at her face he burst into a fit of giggles, which she grinned at.
She had a short conversation with her father with the normal saying of 'good mornings.'
She watched as her mother set down a stack of pancakes in the center of the table. She immediately grabbed her fork from off the table, then she grabbed two pancakes from the stack.
She grabbed the syrup from the table and spewed it all over her pancakes.
She quickly ate all of her breakfast, before taking it to the sink, washing it, and setting it in the dish rack.
"I'm going out to look around the town."She told her parents, while she headed for the front door.
She slipped on her black converse, before opening up the door, not noticing the four boys across the street.
"Okay, dear. We love you."She heard her mother call out to her.
"Love you too."She shouted back, before slamming the front door shut. Richie looked over and saw the girl, and his breath literally caught in his throat at her beauty.
She must have been the person in the window the night before, but he had to be sure. Violet walked towards her bike, and pulled it upright.
She put her book in the small basket, before swinging her leg across to the other side, she had yet not noticed the four set of eyes staring at her.
Richie, Stanley, Bill, and Eddie were all curious as to know who she was.
"Who is she?"Eddie asked, looking over at Richie, who furrowed his eyebrows.
"How the hell am I supposed to know?"Richie fired back at his short friend.
"We s-should i-i-introduce ourselves."Bill spoke up looking at the three other boys. They nodded in agreement, but before they could cross the street they had noticed that she was already gone.
"Okay. Now where in the hell did she go now?"Richie complained, he really wanted to know if that beauty was the mysterious person in the window from last night.
"We'll just l-look around the t-town for her."Bill said, before swinging his leg onto his bike and waiting for the others to follow suit.
The four boys then set off, searching all of the places that they usually would meet, until they made it to a grassy field and saw a figure.
They dropped their bikes, and they all shared a look.
"You guys think it's her?"Stanley asked.
"We're about to find out."Richie sighed, hands on his hips, and a hopeful grin on his face.
The four then began to walk towards the figure, and the closer they got, the more of the figure they could see.
Her brown locks flowed in the wind, as she turned a page in her book. She pushed a few strands of hair behind her ear, before continuing reading the page, unaware of the four boys walking up behind her.
"It's her."Richie whispered to his friends.
They nodded and soon the four were just behind, but they noticed that she was reading a book, and she hadn't noticed the boys yet.
"E-excuse me."Bill spoke up, causing the girl to whip her head behind her, with wide eyes and a hand over her heart.
"Jesus."She exclaimed, setting down her book.
"Sorry we didn't mean to scare you."Eddie said.
"It's fine."She said, looking over each of the boys, before her eyes widened.
She just now realized why the boys looked so familiar. They were the four boys from last night.
"We just wanted to introduce ourselves to you, but you left your house before we got the chance."Richie explained, as he adjusted his glasses.
"Oh. I didn't see you guys, or else I would've let you guys do that."She said.
"It's f-fine."Bill replied, brushing it off as nothing.
"Well, I guess you guys can introduce yourselves."She said, standing up from the log she was sitting on with her book in one hand.
She faced them, patiently waiting for one of them to say their name.
"Oh, I'm B-Bill. Bill Denbrough."A dark haired boy said, who to Violet looked liked the leader to her.
He held her hand to her shake, and she quickly grasped onto his hand, and gave it a firm shake.
They let go, and then the shortest out of the group walked up next.
"I'm Eddie. Eddie Kaspbrak."He said, then they shook hands.
"Stanley. Stanley Uris."Stanley said, walking up and shaking her hand, before walking back to his spot.
And finally Richie walked up to her. "The names Richie Tozier, but you can call me your future boyfriend."He said, with a wink.
"You're a charmer, aren't you?"She said, smirking at Richie before letting go of his hand.
"W-what's your n-name?"Bill asked, then all eyes turned to the brunette.
"Oh, where are my manners. The name's Violet. Violet Channing."She said, crossing her arms.
