Bookshop

(Part 2 babey!)

Michael walked through the bookshop. Jeremy was hiding around here somewhere. He'd run off leaving Michael with an armful of books. Hey, at least he'd been left with the backpack, which had food in it. Michael went over to a table and put the stack of books down. He opened the backpack and pulled out an extra cupcake. He took a bite just as Jeremy appeared next to him.

"How many of those have you eaten?"

"How many did we leave home with?"

"Eight,"

"Then I've eaten five of them,"

"Oh my god, Michael," Jeremy shook his head.

"What? I didn't eat breakfast and I'm hungry!" 

Jeremy sighed. "Just... shove that in your mouth and help me carry these books back to the car," 

Michael did as he was told and picked up the books (don't worry they paid for them).

He carried them to the car. The only downside of being the bigger boyfriend was that Jeremy made him carry things all the time. The got home and carried the books upstairs. Michael had a rainbow bookshelf that he kept adding books to. It was looking very colourful. He put the books down on his desk and studied the titles.

"Jeremy, these are all gay books,"

"I know," Jeremy came over and started putting them on the shelves. He didn't particularly enjoy the reading part - he preferred Michael reading to him - but he loved organising the bookshelf. Rather... he liked writing dirty words with the titles (I also like making words with the titles). 

Michael flopped onto the bed. "I'm gonna let you do that, Jeremy," He groaned and put a hand on his stomach. "I'm just gonna lie here and sleep off the cupcakes," 

"Hey, I told eating five was a bad idea,"

Michael laughed. "Yeah, well, I lied. I ate six, plus that slice of cake and the hot chocolate at the café,"

"Goddamit, Michael!" 

"What! I said I was hungry!"

"Yeah, but..." Jeremy shook his head and went back to playing with the books.

Michael closed his eyes until he felt Jeremy lie down next to him. He opened his eyes and looked at his bookshelf. 

"Jeremy, does that say 'fuck you, Michael?"
