Dinner party

Jeremy and his dad were at Michaels house. His parents had invited them over for dinner. Both of Michaels mums adored cooking and always made heaps of food whenever someone came over. They were also very nice and very concerned that Jeremy and Michael weren't eating enough. This wouldn't have been a problem, except they kept urging them both to eat more at dinner. Jeremy didn't want to upset them, so he always tried to eat everything they gave him. This often led to him curled up in a ball groaning afterwards.

Michael had retreated upstairs five minutes ago. Jeremy wanted to go with him, but he stayed at the table out of respect.
"You can go upstairs if you want, Jeremy," Michaels mum said. "You don't have to stay down here,"
"Oh... ok, thanks," Jeremy stood up and walked upstairs. Michael was lying on his bed with his eyes closed.
"You finally escaped, huh?"
"Shut up," Jeremy flopped down onto beside Michael.
He groaned. "I ate too much,"
Michael laughed. "You know you don't have to eat everything my parents give you, right?"
"Yeah, but I felt bad... and their cooking is so nice,"
"Feeling sick, are you?"
"Mm," Jeremy rolled onto his side and rested his head on Michaels chest.
"I see," Michael put his arm around Jeremy.
"Why'd you come up here during dinner anyway?"
"Is a boy not allowed to sleep, Jeremy?"
"Yeah, but most boys don't leave in the middle of dinner to lie down on their beds with the button on their pants undone," he pointed out.
"Fine, you caught me, I have a stomach ache,"
'Why?"
Michael was silent for a moment.
"I ate too much,"

"Of course you did,"
