Learning to say NO
NO.
Two alphabets. One syllabe.
Are you afraid to say no?
I am.
I definitely am.
It shouldn't be hard to say no. Right?
For me it is.
That's because I'm afraid that it would hurt someone.
I'm afraid it's something the other person doesn't wish to hear.
I'm afraid I'd lose someone if I uttered the word.
But in the end, I only lost me.
So much could have been avoided.
So much would have changed.
If only I had learnt to say no.
If only I had the courage to say NO.
