How does it feel to admire someone from afar?
How does it feel to love someone from afar?
How does it feel to love someone who doesn't love you back?
I would know.
It's draining.
It's suffocating.
It's frustrating.
It's heartbreaking...
Why?
Because the feeling is one sided.
The person doesn't know anything about your feelings. Hell the person might not even know you exist. Funny right?
Well one thing I've learnt is that the person you like doesn't have to like you back.
Just because you love them doesn't mean they have to love you back.
It's a hard pill to swallow but that is the truth.The bitter truth.
It's there choice as much as it is yours.
The feelings, your feelings might be there, might be real and honest but sometimes, you just have to ignore them and go on with your everyday life because deep down you know that these feelings will never be reciprocated.
And it sucks, it sucks really... but hey that's life right?
People come and go. Feelings come and go and this pain?
This pain will surely slowly fade away.
I hope it does...
