It has been over 4 months since I have dropped off the note, I feel as bad as I felt when I found out about Yeonjun. Nothing has changed, I still feel sad and empty. Everything reminds me of him, he left everything behind...
'I want to see him again...'
'I miss him so much...'
"Choi Beomgyu!"
"Huh?"
I look up and look at the person who had called me
"Pay attention, if you need time to collect up your thoughts then you have permission to."
"Really?"
The teacher nods
"20 minutes and you should be back here."
The teacher looks at Wooseok
"You."
"I trust you. Go with Beomgyu and keep track for him"
The teacher says with a smile
'Why?'
My eyes widen
'Does she actually think-'
My cheeks heat up
"Alright"
Wooseok and I leave the classroom

I say and look the opposite way of Wooseok

He then puts his arm around me
"Do you still miss him?" Wooseok says, changing the topic.
"Yeah... I can't stop thinking about him, no matter what I do." I sadly say
Wooseok sighs
I lead Wooseok to Yeonjun and I's tree
"Woah... I've never seen this place, you can't even see it from afar"
"Mhm... Yeonjun and I came here when we had a lot of thinking to do, talk, rant, or hang out. It was like our escape place that only we knew about."
Wooseok looks at me with a sad expression
I sit down under the tree and pat the space next to me.
Wooseok sits next to me.
"You know I'm always going to be with you, through the pain and sadness."
"Thank you..."
I lay my head on his shoulder
"Thank you for always being there for me and listening to my problems and thoughts. I'm happy to have someone like you, you make me so happy..."
Wooseok chuckles and lays his head on mine as well
Suddenly his phone rings
He gets it out of his pocket and answers
"Hello?"
Wooseok P.O.V
"Hello?"
"Dude, where are you and Beomgyu? The teacher wants you back at the classroom but I lowkey don't want to go back."
"Uhm... hold on."
I mute myself
"Gyu, Gi wook wants to know where we are, are you okay with me telling him?"
"Yeah, you can tell him. After all, he's our bestfriend and I'm comfortable with telling him as well."
"Alright then"
I unmute myself
"You're going to have to walk for awhile but, go to the side of the school and continue walking straight; soon enough, you'll see a hill and a cherry tree. Walk up the hill and go straight to the cherry tree, we're sitting under the tree."
"Wait wait wait, there's a cherry tree near the school?!"
"I didn't know either, Gyu just showed me it about 5 minutes ago."
"Alright, I'll be there in a bit."
Gi wook ends the call and I put my phone back in my pocket.
"Gi Wook is on his way"
"Alright"
"What are your favorite memories with Yeonjun?"
"Once, I told Changbin that I loved his rap and that he was my favorite rapper. Yeonjun heard and immediately yelled in front of the class ''what?!'', everyone started laughing because everyone was used to it, except for me, Changbin liked messed with Yeonjun and called himself 'Beomgyu's favorite rapper."

Changbin moved his hand down to beomgyu's stomach and back hugged him, continuing to squish him even more
"Changbin hyunggg, you're SQUISHING me"
Beomgyu tries wiggling his way out of changbins grip but Changbin tightens
Beomgyu gives up and pouts, immediately making everyone say "aw"
"What?"
"You made everyone soft, again"
Beomgyu looks up at Yeonjun who had a soft expression, beomgyu's face immediately goes red and looks away
"Hyung, you can let me go now..."
"No, now be quiet because I'm going to continue ignoring you"
"You we're ignoring me?!"
"Let him go now, Changbin"
"Fine, but I continue being his favorite rapper"
"Pfsh, no, you SQUISHED me and ignored me when I told you to let me go, MULTIPLE times."
Yeonjun smirks
"So~, Im you're favorite?~"
Beomgyu looks at Yeonjun and tries to hide his red face
"Yeah..."
Yeonjun immediately hugs Beomgyu tight
"Cuteee"
Yeonjun lets go and puts his arm around Beomgyu
"I'm beomgyu's favorite!~" Yeonjun says with a bright smile

"He wouldn't stop saying that he was my favorite rapper that day..."

I smile to myself

"You must have really loved him"

I chuckle

"I still do, even if he is dead"

Wooseok nods

"That is exactly what love does to you, if you still love him then your love is still extremely strong."

I smile and tears start forming in my eyes

Wooseok lets out a soft gasp

"Wait! you said that the police weren't able to find his body, what if he's still alive? I know it sounds kind of stupid and unbelievable but it could be a possibility. Yeonjun was at the top of our gym class or anything that included athletics, you saw! he could jump down from a high place. You also said that the plane crashed into the water, it could be a possibility!"

"I know but we can't be for sure, I don't want to let my hopes get high."

"Look, we have to at least convince the police and fire department to look over the place again and try to look for Yeonjun. Think about it Beomgyu, we could actually find Yeonjun! He is probably on a island waiting for someone to rescue him and take him back home, with you~"

"...okay!"

Wooseok chuckles and I hug him

"HUH?! HUG PARTY?! WITHOUT ME???"

"Not at all!"

I giggle

"Come join us then, Gi Wook!"

Gi Wook then immediately jumps in between us and hugs me

"Yah! So I get no hugs?!"

"No"

"Why not?"

"You ate my candy"

"Look! I'm sorry! I didn't know they were yours! Plus, I already apologized like 97 times!"

"Too bad, you get no hugs."

I laugh

"Gi Wook you're so cruel"

"I know"

He looks at me and smiles

We ended up skipping school and Hung out under the tree, cuddling, just whAt Yeonjun and I have done plenTy of times in the past. I just hope that he's still alive, I miss him so much and I can't deal With thIs sadness and anxiety. I want him back home and when he gets back home, I'm going to give him aLL the love and affection that I Have been storing just for him for the pAst years. I'm going to make sure that the Police and fire dePartment put more timE and effort iNto finding Yeonjun.
