Part 17

** Evie's POV **
I had to go to my class since the boys weren't coming out any time soon and i didn't really wanna be late. I just decided i would actually get on with school now i mean i needed to pass my classes and get my grades up. Let's face it Louis probably doesn't wanna know me anymore and soon it'll all be back to how it was and i'll only have Liam if even he decides to stick around.

School was finished and i was going straight home to do my homework and sleep this was so not like me. I was just so out of it. I went out the back to have minimal contact with people.

*** Later this week ***

** Harry's POV **
So this was probably gonna be kinda awkward. I guess i was alright with Zayn now but i wasn't ok with Evie and neither was he. The problem was Liam was her cousin and Louis was her boyfriend. I still find that weird he never talked about her like that, to me he looks at her like more of a friend but hey what can i say. I know i liked her when we first met i really fell for her i mean she's gorgeous and nice and funny. What more to want. I remember the first sleepover at her place me and Zayn were sat top less playing fifa. I laughed remembering our memories but Niall broke me out of my thoughts.

"Dude your gonna fall over i know it's kinda awkward right now but it'll get better. i missed you" he knew how to make someone feel better i missed him to

"Right right im coming you think we can kick about ? Does Liam have his ball ?" i questioned

"Uh yh he does let's do it. COME ON BOYS let's get it on" He said running in between them

"i'm not getting it on with any of you. Sorry" Louis laughed of course he had a girlfriend.

"Anyone. not my cousin either" liam said smiling innocently getting his ball out and throwing it to the grass

"No actually" louis said a bit more quiet but we could all still hear

I wasn't gonna question him but apparently the boys had different plans. It was his business after all.

"What do you mean ? Are you breaking up." asked Niall

"Liam please don't be mad i just don't feel that way for her anymore. I've realised it's more a friendship bond basically like a sister to me. I'm sorry" Louis spat out quickly.

"It's. ok i guess it's better then leading her on. do it in a nice way and carry on being friends make sure to tell her you still want to be friends" said Liam clenching his fists then sighing and letting them go.

Me and Zayn just kept kicking the ball then Niall joined while the other two calmed down and both joined later on. We talked and laughed and had a good time honestly i really missed it. Niall went of sat and started eating i'm not even sure where in the world he got that food but he always had something. At first it only really consisted of me and Zayn but then slowly we all started to get back to normal. It obviously wasn't going to be this easy or this fast but it's still something.

Then a phone rang we all went to the bags and looked whose it was. It was Zayn's.

"Yeah.. Hello.. I'm sorry.. No no i'm coming.. no please.. i'm on my way.. i didn't know.. ITS NOT MY FAULT.. don't touch it.. IM COMING" And he hung up he looked up and around at us pure fear and guilt in his eyes. He picked up his bag and sprinted off without a word.

That boy was fast i haven't seen him run like that in a while. We concluded it was probably one of his parents and that he was probably in trouble. I felt bad and i hadn't even done anything. I think we all felt bad knowing his situation and that we were helpless.

We sat around for about 15 minutes in basically complete silence just staring into the distance. Louis broke the silence.

"He keeps getting beat up. In school. At home. I feel bad for him" we all nodded in agreement.

"I wish we could do something" liam added

"As long as we're with him and support and help him. We're going our best" Niall tried to comfort

"Evie didn't exactly help with that" Louis added then looked for Liam. Who was just looking down.

"I wish she didn't do that i wish things would go back to normal" I said

"He likes her didn't he?" Liam asked

"Did. he really did fall for her. and i'm not surprised i think 4/5 out of us did at first" Niall added

We agreed. Then slowly all walked to the exit of the park and i realised Zayn ran in the complete other direction well the direction of his house he probably jumped the fence.

** Louis's POV **
Before it's to late i'm gonna have to break up with her i messaged her if she could meet me at the end of her street. It was getting late but she agreed. The boys went home and i went and waited for her and there she was coming towards me i took a deep breathe.

"I've been meaning to talk to you. For a few days i just haven't had the chance i was sick" I said

"Please just tell me what it is Lou" She said looking up at me afraid of what i was going to say.

"I want this to be very clear your amazing and i still really really really want to be friends as if we didn't.. i loved dating you i want to remember we did of course but live like best friends like always. I just think it's better that was i don't feel anything more for you. i'm really sorry please please forgive me i wanna be your best friend.." i said pouting at the end i really did not want to loose her

A/N
So again not tooo much happened this chapter well kinda at least idk actually. i hope you guys are enjoying the story and it's much easier for me now that i'm writing in advance so i'm not rushing them at midnight. Although i write them at night most of the time which is why i'm sorry for any mistakes. :)
