Part 24

** Evie POV **
Me and the boys well Harry Liam and Niall were sat around at the park when we heard people talking that the crazy guy was planning another attack tomorrow and it was gonna be in Louis and I first period lesson ! We knew if we didn't get in contact now before he got really drunk we definitely wouldn't be able to get hold of him by tomorrow morning plus he doesn't answer in mornings so he'll go to the class.

He wasn't picking up i was going to call Zayn but realised i didn't even have his number well his new i assume he changed it. I tried to text Louis instead because the boys were calling non stop. Finally he picked up Niall's call.

Very soon it ended and i think Niall told him but i'm not sure how much of it he understood so i decided to text him.

Evie: Lou please don't go to first lesson tomorrow just hang out with Liam

Lou 🥰: Yeah ok

I don't know if that means he actually won't go but hopefully Liam can stop him. I should probably get Zayn's number to i mean he is my roommate after all.

Later that day we all got the message that we could come back to sleep in our dorms. I headed back said bye to Liam and Harry and decided to walk to my dorm with Niall well he decided.

"If at any point your uncomfortable with him in the room alone or your scared for any reason call me and i'll come right over" Niall said he was like a protective older brother learnt from Liam i guess.

"Yes Ni i know. It's gonna be fine he's just Zayn" i said hugging him goodbye "Now go to bed your tired and so am i so byee see you in the morning"

"Bye. Be Safe" he said walking off

I went in and sat on my bed just thinking about nothing until the door broke me out of my thoughts and in came Zayn.

"For our sake i won't sleep in my boxers but i will be topless so just let me change in the bathroom" he said stumbling in. thinking about it for 'drunk' he sounded pretty fine

i decided it'll be better not to respond and wait for him so i could get ready for bed. Soon enough he came out topless and in sweatpants and laid down on his bed with his phone. He indeed had tattoos and scars all over. I went to the bathroom and did everything then came out in my pjs he didn't even take a glance at me. "Goodnight Zayn" i said he just looked up nodded and looked back down

The next morning i woke up quite early and decided to get ready for the day so i could go down and eat breakfast with the boys since we all weren't going to first period. I went did my hair put on minimum make up and got dressed.

When i came out Zayn was sat up on his bed his hair messy.. he looked fit. I could never deny he was one good looking guy at all times but i shouldn't think that he doesn't even want to talk to me.

"Not in first period ? It started 5 minutes ago" he said. surprisingly.

"No there's a rumour and i just don't wanna go. I'm meeting the boys in the cafe.. wanna come ?" i didn't know if i should ask or not

"Urhm. yeah sure i'm just gonna get dressed" He got up heading to the bathroom. He was taking ages so i sat down and was scrolling through instagram. Soon enough he walked back out wearing a black hoodie black skinny jeans and black trainers. wow i see a theme going on does he own and colourful clothes. His hair was also done up nice. Again i can't lie he was looking good "I'm done. we can go ?"

"Sure let's go" i said and went for the door. We went into the hallway in silence we were walking when i heard someone talking and turned around right before a step i forgot was there and i twisted my ankle, i closed my eyes ready to hit the floor.

But i wasn't hitting the floor. Did time stop ? I opened my eyes and met Zayn's gorgeous honey looking eyes, i couldn't help but blush. "I- i- 'm sorry. i di-dnt see the ste-p" i muttered out he was still holding me up.

"Are you just gonna lay here or?" he said trying not to laugh. pushing me up so i could stand but i grabbed the wall because i couldn't.

"Yeah sorry i think i'm gonna go back to the room tell the boys i'll be down later" i said looking down at my feet.

"That's not gonna worm you know you know it. Your not gonna get anywhere as soon as i leave" then he came up to me and very casually and easily picked me up bridal style and looked at me and smiled. This was the first time i've seen him smile in a long time. "You need to be more careful"

"I know. thank you" i said very quietly. He was acting like i weighed nothing i guess he'd been going to the gym he felt pretty muscular.

He carried me into the room and sat me on the counter in the bathroom and took of my sock and shoe then went to get some ice. "How did you know where that was?" i asked

He just shrugged and put it on my ankle but then there was a call i guess his phone he looked at me as if for approval so i nodded and he rushed to answer.

The next thing i heard was "I'm leaving call Niall to help you" in a very rushed voice then the door open and slam.

I guess he left in a hurry.

** Liam POV **
That morning i told Louis not to go to his lesson but i don't know if he did because i fell back asleep and when i woke up he wasn't there so i gathered he went to eat.

At the time we said i headed down and met Niall then Harry we were waiting for Evie. I was on lookout for Louis as well.

"It's been 10 minutes she's 10 minutes late. She's not normally this late" Niall panicked.

"I'm sure she's fine guys maybe she slept in" Harry said noticing my stress to.

"I hope she's safe" i said
