I woke up the next morning looking at the sun shine bright. It was so beautiful in his room. I don't even remember going to bed. Last night was magical.

His room has a wall which was just glass and that's what I have always wanted in my own room. It was a sliding glass door which was the way to the balcony. This is, was and always will be my sole motivation to study and earn.

He turned back from his computer looking probably sensing me shuffle.

"You up?" He asked and I just smiled.

He walked towards the bed and sat at the end while I was still lying down.

"Slept well?" He asked.

"Yes" I said.

He bent down to give me a small kiss on my cheeks and looked at me in the eye while he pushed a strand of my hair and leaned into kiss me.

I took my hand up and blocked his face. He looked back at me confused

"I didn't brush" I say rolling my eyes. He laughs and suddenly kisses me. I pull back immediately. Almost.

"I don't care baby" he says laughing. I just stare at him and go into the bathroom.

The bathroom, god I was in heaven.

He gave me a new brush and even some clothes and some girl products.

"How di-" I started asking him when he cut me off.

"I went to the store and picked up a few things. "He shrugged.

I came out and gave him a small hug. I went inside took a small shower and wore the clothes he got for me. They were actually pretty cute. Mafia boy has a good taste.

I came out of the bathroom after finishing up and stood behind him.

"Can y-you s-stay?" He asked slowly rubbing his hands and the back of his neck.

"Aw. I cant Leo. Cynthia and Morgan are killing me through text. They know you had a gun and I suddenly vanished. They think you killed me" I said laughing.

I saw disappointment in his face but I gave him a small hug.

"Okay. Can I take you to dinner tonight?" He asks me.

"Yes. I would love that" I say.

He seemed excited after that.

"Okay. I'll text you the dress code?"

"Okay" I said  and gave him a small kiss.

That's when I spotted it on his wall. A large painting.

I went near it and observed it.

"Monet?" I asked.

"Yeah. How did you know" he said.

"I paint." I said

"Huh. Me too" he said.

"I want to see your works but you have to bring me here for that on a separate day. Just to look at them" I said

"Okay. But you have to show me yours" he said

"Deal" I said and gave him a mock hand shake.

We both then went down and was greeted by an overly excited Talia.

I said my goodbyes and went out with Leo as he offered to drop me.

He dropped me outside my apartment gave me a small kiss and drove back.

I sighed before stepping inside.

I saw a very angry Cynthia and worried Morgan  on the couch.

"What the fuck. Where were you and why the fuck does your boyfriend have a gun?" She asked so angry.

"I was at his house and Well, he tol-ld m-me hhe w-ould teach me how to shoot"

"In the middle of the night?" Cynthia asked. Oh good point.

"Yeah, um he had a place at his home"

"But he was about to shoot Eric?!?" Screamed Morgan.

"No.no it was just to scare him. You know he was almost abusing me? You guys, come on. I would never lie to you. If something's of, you'll be the first to know. Don't you trust me?" I asked.

I hated myself for doing this. But I had too. It is for their own good. I know my life is already in danger. I am the only one who knows who he is. He is someone who's extremely dangerous. And I didn't want to drag Cynthia or Morgan into this.

"I trust you. But not him. I'll have a private investigator investigate him" Cynthia said

I was panicking inside but come one. He was a mafia king. He would hide well. So I brushed it off.

"Okay. Thank you" I said and I hugged her. She was amazing and I loved her. It soon became a group hug and we stayed there for a while.

"Be careful okay? We don't want history repeating itself." Morgan warned.

I just smiled and nodded. After chatting with them for sometime they both went to take a shower. I used this opportunity to warn lucifer. I dialed his number and he picked up almost immediately.

"Hey, is it a good time?"

"Yeah. Any problem love?"

"No. Yes. Cynthia thinks you are some weird guy that's gonna hurt me so she hired a private investigator. So be careful. I told tour full name was Leo king and gave her a photo too cause she kept asking."

"Oh its okay. I do have an entire set up. So you don't have to worry. " He said. Leo king was his legal name. Leandro lucifer DeLuca was his mafia name. He told me that. The kings were old money a few generations ago. But they stopped everything suddenly. That's all I know. I guess they did to focus on the mafia. But he didn't tell me this. This was from the internet. Of course it didn't know they were also the DeLucas. This was my guess.

I sighed and asked him to be careful and cut the call.

I cant lose him. He makes me feel alive. He makes me feel passion. He makes me feel free. And I cant loose that. That is what I have yearned for years. I will protect him m. However I can. He was my destiny.
