Your POV

I walked down the stairs slowly, making sure not to fall. Guren called me to his office, I knew it would be about his stupid work. The knocking echoed down the hallway. I walked though the now open door, Guren sat lazily with his feet on the desk.

(Y/n): you called

Guren: aw yes, (y/n), glad you made it

(Y/n): cut the chit chat. What do you want?

Guren: now is that anyway to talk to your superior?

(Y/n): you really do have a superiority complex, don't you?

Guren: how does someone your age even know what that means?

(Y/n): your not that much older than me

We stayed quiet for a moment. I'm not too sure if he knew I was still conscious when Yuu became that thing.

Guren: why do you not want anyone to know that you killed a noble?

(Y/n): why do you want to know that?

Guren: well, I've kept that secret for 3 years. I want to know why?

(Y/n): don't you think it's a bit suspicious that a child killed a noble where as a group of trained soldiers couldn't.

Guren: very true, so how exactly did you kill him?

(Y/n): with a little violence

Guren: I'm serious

(Y/n): you were there, you saw

Guren: that was a long time ago

(Y/n): it was three years ago

He's acting like it happened lifetimes ago. To be honest I remember everything like it was yesterday

Guren: so, I'm old, tell me

(Y/n): well, I kicked him in the gut and threw my self back. Then I kicked his head in, so his scull crushed

Guren: but you didn't use a cursed weapon

(Y/n): so, vampires can only reattach limbs, not fix smashed in heads

Guren: but he wasn't decapitated, so he would have healed

(Y/n): you seem to know more about this, then I do

Guren: true, I am much wiser

He was right though, I didn't use anything cursed to kill the progenitor. But still no one can survive an injury that fatal. Not even a vampire.

Guren: ok if you have nothing else to say then you can go now

(Y/n): actually I do have something to say

Guren: don't let me stop you, we both have things to do

I rolled my eyes at his statement, he has very important things to do. Like sitting at a desk listening to music.

(Y/n): what happened to Yuu?

Guren: he was knocked out like you

(Y/n): don't lie to me. I passed out because I lost too much blood. Yuu didn't have anything on his neck.

Guren: I was unaware that you became unconscious from a loss of blood. Yuu hit his head on the ground too hard.

(Y/n): oh, thanks

Guren: it's fine just go make sure you get that work done.

(Y/n): whatever

I walked out of the room, carful not to let my expressions show too much of what I was thinking. How dare he lie to me. First hiding the whole thing about mirai and now Yuu. What is he actually hiding. If mirai could do that too, then we have a even bigger problem. The sounds of my heels bounced off the walls as I walked down the hallway, towards our rooms. That can't be the only thing he's hiding. I reached the room and saw the other girls, kimizuki and yoichi sitting down. I have to talk to shinoa about this, she must know something if she told me not to tell Yuu about what he became. I called the purple haired girl's name.
