Crowley's POV
Ferid decided that it was necessary to lecture me about speaking with (y/n) prior to attempting to kill the rest of the team. I knew what had to be done but decided to ignore him and his flippant behaviour. I can completely comprehend how this inconveniences him and his idiotic plans, but there is no need for the torment. However, I do agree that bringing down that team is beneficial, not just to him, but everyone in the city. Gaining three seraphs and whatever (y/n) is, would make us practically unstoppable. Even so, it would be extremely selfish of me to want her back for my sake, she was lucrative to me and I'm still unsure if Bathory is aware of this.Sure it was a two way deal on the surface, blood for information, but there was definitely more to it. Teaching her how to wield a sword and almost kill Ferid wasn't necessary, neither was her decision to help me with my own plans. Her interest in me and my past life, both as human and vampire was not necessary, but it was real. The few distant encounters I've had since she became moon demon company, I say encounters but it's better described as viewing from a distance, has allowed me to understand her character better. The way she handles situation regarding others and her decisions of when and how to use what weapon. What has still
left me in awe, is her use of two demon weapons. To this day I still cannot fathom how this is possible."Eusford! Where are you? We have serious things to discuss." Ferid bellowed from down the hall. I debated on whether or not to actually respond, knowing he'd find me either way. "You don't have to tell me, I already know. You've told me before." I called back, not bothering to lift a finger. The hard oak door to my room swings open dramatically, Ferid pacing towards me. He reached for the collar of my white shirt and pulled me out of my seat in a fit of rage. I decided to refrain from engaging for now, ready to be chastised.
"How could you? we needed them dead, and don't interrupt me because I'm aware you know that. It wasn't just you who failed, it was Thorn and Chess. How would you feel if I killed them myself? Or even better, I persuaded one of the pathetic live stock to do it for me, because I know how much you love them." He shouted, pulling me closer. Bringing others into this is fruitless. " You really did keep your promise, always keeping things interesting. Although I wouldn't advise threatening my counterparts just because you are upset. Being turned by the same man does not give you meaningful justification. Additionally, there is no need to bring my personal beliefs into this conversation in such a sarcastic manner." I stated not moving from the position he kept me in. There never being a dull moment in the Ferid faction was why I joined, but this is a whole new level. I was released from his grasp and sat down again, gesturing for Ferid to do the same.
"Bringing personal beliefs into our conversations is apart of what makes everything here so interesting, I know you have given up on god long ago, but you need some faith." I exhaled slowly, listening to his voice, anger pulsated throughout my body. It's times like these that I question why I bother staying. My past isn't to be discussed and he knows this. Just as I know why no one is allowed down into the east wing of his home. "Oh dear, I hit a nerve. I apologise, truly , I didn't mean to offend." Ferid exclaimed, clearly not remorseful. I crossed my legs and leaned back as I spoke. "Now what is the real purpose of your visit. I am aware that I didn't do as you asked and that will have consequences in the near future, but this is about something else, something you are hesitant about." He never made eye contact after sitting down, this troubled me because I know he loved the attention. "You are right." He started, finally looking at me, "It is hard to say as it could get either, or both of us killed. This must remain private as it can only be done with you." He waited for a reply, I nodded glancing at the sword hung above my door. "We should kill krul." He started again, sighing with relief. She may be the queen, but she poses many treats to both of us so this would be a positive for me. Order would fall, but we're is the fun with it anyway.
