"We're two papers away from graduating," Funke said as she walked ahead of us, her hands flailing around her head.

"Very much, what are you going to do after we graduate?" Adrian asked Funke and I.

"Youth Service," Funke answered simply, shrugging her shoulders.

"I have a company branch waiting for me." I answered turning to Adrian, waiting for him to answer his own question.

"Youth service for me," he twirled the little flower in his hands. He stood in front of me, properly putting the flower in my hair.

A/N:  For the non Nigerian readers Youth Service (National Youth Service Corps) is a government set up program where youths (advisable to do it just after University) go to camp for a few weeks then they are posted to a state of the country (a state that isn't of your culture) to work. The aim is to promote unity amongst citizens of various cultures.

I smiled, appreciating his gesture, "Thank you," I got on my tip toes and kissed his cheeks.

He smiled back, his cheeks slightly tinting pink.

You see Adrian was half caste like Andrew and I but he looked more white than us. His skin, a great contrast with ours.

"Awwn, you guys are so cute together,"Funke cooed and I gave her the stink eye.

Adrian rose a brow at her, "you just did not," he shook his head.

"I did," Funke walked faster, leaving us behind again.

Everyone knew that Adrian and I were just friends and it's going to remain that way.

She walked into the pizzeria and Adrian and I went in just after her.  Funke was already making our order so we went ahead and took our seats at a booth.

Funke joined us a few seconds after, we sat talking but mostly dising each other, mostly Adrian.

Adrian stood up to collect our food when it was ready, while he was at it, Funke scooted closer to me.

"So there is this guy,"she started and that got my full attention, "his name is Zayn, he's in my world government class," she announced, almost dreamily.

"Finally you have a crush, I was starting to think you were a lesbian," I  told her and she scowled, making me laugh.

"Never, why would you think that?" She pulled a disgusted face.

"Well yo-" I stopped mid sentence when I heard Adrian's voice ring throughout the pizzeria.

"Why don't you get lost," he said to an amused Andrew who was obviously seconds away from laughing out loud.

When did he get here?

His friends were with him, all four of them standing behind him, almost as if they were his minions.

Adrian stomped away from them, heading back to our seat.

My eyes met James's and his eyes lit up in more amusent. He said something to Andrew making him look my way.

I think my heart just skipped a beat. The smile on his face directed at me made the butterflies in my stomach to wake up. He was looking too hot for me today. His black T-shirt clung to him like a secind skin, making his muscles and six packs to be on a slight display. I noticed a trace of ink on his left upper arm, something I had never seen before.

When did he get a tatoo?

He unconsciously licked his lips like he normally does and it was as if everything went in slow motion.
