Rheimund's POV:
"you did this to me..." said the fair maiden gently, sitting on a lone broken bench as the autumn leaves fall above her.
She caught one on her hand and she turn to me, as her eyes glowed green as-if shooting me dead gazes, "you did this to yourself..." she paused and turned to the leaf on her grasp.
She sent it one of her lonely gaze and gave out a short, tight smile. A lone tear trailed down her cheeks and crushed the leaf on her grasp before saying, "...you did this to her..."
"the sins of the past cannot be avoided. It is you who made her fate in exchange of her life, and you must pay for the consequences of how you defy the rule of nature..."
Her voice was nothing but a gentle lullaby, yet all I can feel is chills and guilt. I collapse on the ground, where the dry autumn leaves were. I looked down on the ground, only to find blood flooding the ground.
I scurried away, as fear crept into my system. I hear the bench creak and I lift my head, only to find the woman in her sad gaze. Her face is torn by a bloody trail that came from her forehead that ran down her chin. Her dress is white as snow, yet it was stained with her own blood that came from her chest–her heart.
"n-no..." I whispered in a mournful manner.
She took a couple of steps towards me and I couldn't even move my limbs to scurry away further from her bloody figure. Another set of phrase came out of her mouth, yet it wasn't the one faze me.
Her voice was laced by Lea's, and she spoke, "...your sins won't be forgiven..." and before I knew it, it wasn't the woman whom I am facing, but Lea herself...
"NO!!!" I shot up from my slumber as I pant for air. I run my palm through my forehead, only to find it wet.
I heaved out a sigh, sending thanks to whom who is on high that it was all just a dream. I grab my own chest–feeling it palpate strong and loud.
"it's just a dream..." I whispered to myself, and repeated it to assure myself that it is only is.
"what's just a dream?" asked a new voice. I snapped my head to my side, and I found Simeon laying on his back facing the ceiling. He sat up and turned to me.
"are you alright?" he asked again.
"yeah, yeah" I answered as I nod, "...it was just a bad dream. Don't mind me"
"Wilheilm was the same earlier." he started as he eyed his sleeping brother on the couch "since I can't also sleep, I found out that he only slept a blink until Felisha came. I figured that he was thinking of Lea. I know him, he won't forget his memories of her, especially when he is in this situation" he said, yet I can't help myself to feel down as he spoke further.
"he treasures her so much, only he won't let it show, even to himself..." he muttered softly.
I recall my nightmare, and I clench my fist of how accurate the nightmare was to me. It is all my fault–because of my haste and selfish decision, I gave her this kind of fate that she cannot escape.
