Wilheilm's POV:
We left the night lodge a little early than we intended to.
Of course, we plan on grabbing a quick breakfast at the lodge cafeteria and then head out to look for Elea.
It is a good thing that Felisha lived the previous rest of her life here in the Mortal realm–more likely in this country. It is really a great help for us that she somewhat know a person that can help us.
On the other hand, Rheimund, is been awfully quiet for the rest of the trip. Even at the breakfast table where Simeon is constantly annoying him with rapid questions yet he didn't bulge and remains steady on his own set of pace.
Wierd enough, I might also can relate of his way of behavior.
For some reasons, I have the strong urge to find Elea quick as possible. In my guts, I can feel that the longer we leave her all alone out there, there's this huge tinge of instinct in me that I have to protect her from.
Even my wolf is being restless inside of me causing us to almost reveal our identity to the lodge owner when we checked out. Mortals have grown to be keener and keener every second, I can't afford of us be in big trouble. Even the knowledge of our mate being safe and near to us didn't made him calm.
In other words, for the rest of the trip, all I feel is a total mess and being all confused.
By now, we are heading towards the curb, as Felisha went to hail a cab.
It feels wrong to me that she is the one who is making an effort of getting us to this person that can help us.
But then again, she is the only one who knew where this person could be.
"so," Simeon started. I have to heave out a sigh of hearing his voice for a nth time for today. "tell us about this person that can help us" he pry.
Felisha turn to answer, "well...first of all, from what I have said that he is a person: he is a person from this realm, that you guys have been talking about" she prompted.
Rheimund perked up his head and speaks for the first time after leaving the room, "what do you mean?" he asked cautiously.
Even I feel a little cautious from what she said.
Felisha paused and look Rheimund on his eyes, "he's a human"
In a span on second, Rheimund demeanor shifted. He clench his fist tightly that it turns white. He looked deep into Felisha's eyes as he speaks, "are you toying us?"
"what? No–"
"what do you mean that he's human?" I asked, not taking the curiosity bottled in, "you do know that we are taking the risk of coming out here in the Mortal realm, more than we are supposed to do, and can cost the existence of our identity, right?" I said in a cautious manner while giving her a pointed look.
"...and here you are leading us to this human? " Rheimund gritted, " let me ask you again, are you toying with us? "
" Rheimund, calm down " Simeon whispered.
I take a look around and I saw a couple of humans giving us questioning looks. Turning back to the group, I held Felisha's shoulders and rubbed it comfortingly.
" I understand that you are upset, " Felisha noted with a sad tone, " but don't take it out on me, just because you didn't give me a chance to explain why I trust this human! " he exclaimed back and Simeon visibly shakens.
A short moment of silence before Felisha continued," he was the one who instructed me to move to Italy." she whispered.
" he found me one rainy night, it was one of my embarrassing moments, but he took me in anyway. Even if it is only a short amount of time." she paused to look at Rheimund, "he was the one who told me to move to Italy because in a matter of time I will be found by someone" she then again paused to look at both my brother and I.
