Within the water realm, Aquescis, and the mind realm of Abaris, exist a multitude of magical sea creatures of varying size and intensity. The most common of these creatures are the Dagonoids, Dawamma, Diamondfish, Gajoob, Krakens, Leviathans, Naga, Naiads, Sanguiloaches, and Turtlislands. Below are detailed their physiology, habitation, and other characteristics.

Dagonoids are generally 6-8 feet tall, in varying shades of blue and green. They have squid tentacles which protrude from their faces, often giving the appearance of a large, writhing beard. They live in tribal colonies in the deeper parts of the ocean, using a currency system of abalone, pearls, and Diamondfish scales.

Dawamma are water Djinns, appearing as muscular, blueskinned men with a vicious whirlpool as their lower body. They have fins on the side of their face, and wield powerful water magic. They are said to reside in sunken temples, and to grant wishes to those brave enough to venture into their forgotten depths.

Diamondfish have the general appearance of a tuna, but with incredibly hard, gleaming gems as scales. They hunt in schools of roughly 20-40, bashing into what little prey they can locate; until the prey has not only been killed, but also tenderized.

The Gajoob have the general appearance of a walrus, yet green in coloration; with longer, thicker wings, spikes along the left and right sides of their backs, and longer tusks which come in pairs on each side of the mouth. They live in cold climates near the North and South poles of Dinm, and can kill and devour a Sanguiloach in 15 seconds flat.

Krakens are gargantuan squid like creatures. They have large, bulging eyeballs, long, piercing beaks, and spit corrosive acid. They are found in deeper parts of the ocean, and are the terror which haunt the nightmares of pirates and seabound merchants alike.

Leviathans are generally 50-100 feet long gargantuan sea serpents which prey on all forms of sea life, as well as foolhardy sailors who stray too close. The only known sea creatures which can hunt a kraken, this superpredator is highly sought after - though rarely felled - for its scales; which are akin to dragonscale, its vertebrae, which is strong yet supple, and its teeth, which are numerous and razor-sharp.

The naga are a species of creature which have the tail of a fish, the torso and arms of a humanoid, and atop it all, a half humanoid, half fish like head. They range in color from varying shades of blue and purple, and can have hair upon their face and head. Many believe the first tales of mermaids were, in fact, Naga females. Like the Dagonoids, they often live underwater; however unlike the lesser Dagonoids, they use the general currency of gold, silver, bronze, and platinum. They also live in more civilized city-type environments; such as the sunken city of Atlantis.

Naiads, better known as water nymphs, are a faelike sea creature. Inhabiting most bodies of water from seas to rivers to lakes, Naiads appear as beautiful, blue-skinned women, often with bits of local underwater plants and rocks in their hair. They are extremely protective of their water, and wield powerful water magic.

Sanguiloaches are roughly 10 feet long, eel-shaped creatures which are found in cold climates and areas with a large amount of blood. For both of these reasons, the area around the Bleeding Archipelago is teeming with these creatures. They can unhinge their jaw to engulf entire limbs, often ensnaring their prey before it even knows what's happening.

Turtislands are, as the name suggests, massive turtle creatures which have a rich soil embedded into their shell. Entire jungles can grow upon these shells. People will occasionally mistake these creatures for as-of-yet uncharted islands, until it begins moving.
