Chapter 13

My eyes opened and I tried to get out of Noah's arms. I pecked his lips and slid out. I put both of my feet on the floor and winced in pain. Noah sat up pulling me back into bed. "Whats wrong princess?" he asked with a smirk on his face. "Nothing" I mumbled pushing him away from me trying to stand up again. This time my eyes met with a big mirror that Noah kept next to his bed. I moved my arms to my side and looked at myself. "Cut no one will care.." a voice whispered in my head. I nodded and reached for the knife Noah kept under his bed. I brought up up to my wrist and was about to cut when I felt fingers over mine. I looked behind myself to see Noah looking at his hand that was restraining me from plunging the knife into my arm. A tear fell down my cheek landing of the bed sheets.  Noah brought the knife up to his heart with my fingers still wrapped around it. "Do it!! Cut Athena!" he screamed, "You are my life and if you cut you are cutting my heart out." he whispered. He threw the knife on the other side of the room, he stood up threw on a pair of sweatpants and stormed out. I put a hoodie and chased after him hysterically crying. My legs were very sore so I tripped on the first step on the stairs. I screamed as I felt my whole body slam into the ground. Everything hurt, my whole body. Someone scooped me up off of the floor and was screaming things I couldn't understand. "Open your eyes baby, look at me," a shaky voice whispered in my ear. I half opened my eyes and saw Noah with a tear on his face. I moved my finger up and wiped it off. My eyelids started getting heavy "No baby keep your eyes open!" he yelled " I lov-" I responded when the darkness consumed me.

"Okay Mr.Mace you can visit her now" a voice said. I heard footsteps come over towards me. I couldn't open my eyes or move though. "Hey princess, I miss you." it said quietly. "Princess you need to wake up me and Oakley need you." he also whispered. "I'm so sorry this is all my fault baby all my fault." his voice was very shaky. "Mr.Mace visitation hours are closed you may come back tomorrow." The voice from earlier said. Noah came back everyday for two weeks. He left and I tried to open my eyes. I sat up panting for air, I took the Iv out of my arm and put my normal clothes on. I wobbled out of the door and out of the hospital. I had 7 dollars so I got a uber to the house. I came through the door and saw Ethan on the couch I came in and gave him an hug. "Shh" I whispered as Noah came through the door. "They lost her! They fucking lost her!" He yelled dropping to his knees. He had stubble and his eye bags were bigger than ever. "Lost who?" I asked coming out of my hiding spot. "They lost Athena!" he said bringing his eyes up to me. I giggled and looked at him, "Wait is this real?" he asked, "I think so"I replied with smiling at him. He got op and spun me around, "Noah!" I squealed. "Princess" he whispered setting me back on the ground. I kissed his cheek and everyone came back down. Kira and Owen were still here to help with the kids. I hugged them all and Noah sat back down on the couch crossing his arms. "Whats wrong baby?" I asked "I want more attention from my fiance!" he whined. I giggled and sat on his lap. Phoebe put the kids down for a nap while the rest of us watched TV. "Eww! Noah you smell bad!" I said while I was giggling. "Oh its my fault that I was worrying about the only thing I care about!" he mumbled getting up and carrying me with him we showered and laid down in bed. "I love you princess." Noah mumbled half asleep. "I know I heard you say it everyday." I replied giggling, "Say it back!" he growled. "I love you too my cuddle bug." I replied.
