Looking back at where the others are, it seems like we had stray far enough without talking to each other. So, I decided to stop walking and went under a big tree to take a sit there. The moment my butt touches the dead wood laying vertically under the tree, I raised my head to look at O'Brein-sama. Unlike in the novel, the young Lucas O'Brein carries a timid and shy behavior towards the people who had higher status or even on the same standing as his family however he can easily make friends with normal students because he thought he can sympathize with them.
I sighed and smiled to him. He just look at me silently.
"I'm sorry"
I started.
"Eh? " he asked.
"For earlier. That was.. Well, I really would like to apologize for my rudeness just awhile ago. I shouldn't have done that"
He looked at me and I looked at him straight in the eyes. Feeling the guilt eating me inside, I bit my lower lip and was about to hang my head down when his shoulders suddenly trembled and his eyes became unfocused.
I frowned.

"Fufu~ Well, I'm sorry. Haha, I just cannot help it. You're funny, Reinhart-san"

I pursed my lips.

He asked. My jaw dropped trying to absorb such absurd words coming from the mouth of a 12 year old kid.
Oi. This progress is really suspicious.

"Well, putting that aside. It's surprising to actually see the sheltered and pampered ojousama joining this kind of activity. I also heard from other kids that you've been doing this since Primary~"
He stated smirking. I secretly rolled my eyes.

Completely forgotten my character setting, I answered back without much formalities on it. I am actually very pissed right now that I can think of strangling this man or tying him somewhere leaving him to be fed on wild animals.

However, thinking about this sudden collapse in his character, this is much better~

After a little of teasing and bickering with each other, we went back to the campsite without letting anyone notice. Perfectly arriving on time, the voice of teacher in charge rang and called for us to gather already.
In the middle was a complete set up of barbeque apparatus and foods where also laid in the matress. Kids starts to encircle as we where handed foods and a stick of hotdog and skweres so we can grill it ourselves.
The fire in the middle was big enough for us and it gave us warmth that peirced through our hearts.
Talking with each other, laughing and singing like there's no tomorrow. My lips unconsciously rose and my eyes felt warm.
I hope this will last a little longer.

The Sport's fest is aprroaching!
And I decided to be idle this year. I noticed that I'm getting too much attention which I didn't plan on having at all. I didn't plan to stand out and only wanted to be a wallflower ojousama and blend with all the cannon fodders out there. But this life's progressing in really slow pace that I'm itching to know just on earth will happen to me? Can't I just make it fast forward and have the two leads meet already and then let them fall in love and stand on the other side silently watched their love to blossom?
And then after having their happy ending, I can finally live my life in carefree and stress free manner?!?!
