Mexico. The cold tropical air smells like rain and a hint of cinnamon. The soft grass feels amazing against my skin.
"Really? You're lying" I hit his arm softly, laughing at him.
"I never lie to you, angel" I could sense the honesty in his voice, I feel my cheeks getting warmer.
"Do you remember how you met me?"
"You were walking down the hall as you owned it like you were a devil sent from heaven. You looked so alluring, so mesmerizing and I just had to know the most beautiful girl I laid my eyes on" I grin at his words, my cheeks getting warmer each second.
"When I first heard your voice, I always felt myself getting warmer. It's so deep yet so comforting, it made me felt comforted" I speak honestly, I could feel him wrapping his arms around me, while we lied on the soft grass.
"Why is this grass so soft?" I ask him. I could feel him grinning at me.
"Because we're currently in Mexico baby!!" He shouts loudly, making me laugh at him.
"Adrian? How does the sky feel?" I heard him chuckle, the vibration felt against my skin.
He intertwines our fingers together, braiding them tightly. He lifts our intertwined hands up in the air, the wind blowing against our hands.
"This is the sky. It goes above the ground, and it goes up and up; it never stops. The sky is its own world, life for the wind, the rain, the sun" Our hands stay intertwined, I smile softly at him.
"Why do people call the sky blue? Is it sad?"
"The sky has many friends, the sun in the morning and the stars at night. The sun warms up the sky in the morning while the stars admire the land with the sky. Blue doesn't always mean sad, blue is calmness, satisfaction, and shyness"
"Like my eyes?" I ask him, my voice filled with confusion. I remember him telling me that my eyes are crystal blue.
"Like your eyes; calm like the ocean, content with life and full of feelings" I smile.
