CHAPTER 14
Hygge [hue-gah]: an atmosphere of warmth, wellbeing, and coziness,
when you feel at peace and able to enjoy simple
pleasures and being in the moment.
Brazil. I cheer loudly with the crowd.
"I love football matches!!" I shout, hearing Adrian laugh behind me.
"Which team do you support?"
"What teams are there?"
"Brazil vs Mexico" He replies, making me grin at him.
"I'm supporting the team which everyone here is supporting" I explain, hearing him laugh at me.
"I support Mexico!!" He shouts with the crowd, making me grin at him.
"Then, I'll support Brazil!! Just tell me when they score" I say to him, feeling him place a kiss on my cheek.
I grab the earphones, to hear the commentaries as I start cheering loudly.
"YOU CAN DO IT BRAZIL!!" I shout and stick my tongue out at Adrian.
"Real mature, baby" He whispers, making my cheeks go warmer. Baby?
It's probably a friendly gesture. Pfft.
"I'm winning!!" I shout, making him chuckle at me.
"Yeah, but Germany is scoring too" He shouts back, making me pout.
Oh well.
