Chapter 12: Big Brother

Sophia POV

"Soph... Sophia, c'mon you're gonna be okay. Please Soph, please calm down." Kouvr is bent down in front of me trying to calm me down. The second the door slammed I started having a panic attack.

"I'm going to go get a glass of water okay?" Kouvr says. The minute she's out of the way, I see a way out. I need out of here. I stand up and bolt.

"Sophia no, Soph!" Kouvr yells.

"Sophia!" Larray calls after me.

"Sophia, hunny, come back!" Addison tries.

"Soph, Soph, please come here," Charli calls me.

I run towards Chase's room, I need to be alone. I run through and into the closet. There are tears running through my eyes, and I hear them yelling after me, as I climb up into the attic, closing the latter and door after me.

I crawl up against a wall, crying quietly in a curled up ball, hugging my knees.

Mason is outside.

They're so angry.

It's really dark up here.

Is that a spider? Oh my god it's a spider...

Sophia! No. Not the point.

Mason is here.

He's at the Hype House.

He came here.

He knows you're here.

He's so angry.

Jack's face... Tony's face... that last look Chase gave me...

Mason looked so threatening...

Well yeah... I broke up with him...

I broke up with Mason...

Almost a year...

"Sophia! Where the fuck did you go?!" I can hear Larray stomping around below me.

Thomas POV

We've been standing here for at least five minutes, and all Mason has done is throw insults at us, and say how we've manipulated her, and say we have no right to keep her here.

"Dude, she is our friend. She doesn't want to be around you. We aren't forcing her to be here." Dre says calmly, even as Mason steps up to him, clearly trying to be intimidating. The issue for him though is, although he has about 6 or 7 inches on Ondre's 5'5" form, this kid is a stick, while Dre is all muscle. Mason tries not to flinch as he steps away from Dre, after Dre also takes a step towards him, glaring and flexing.

"She's my girlfriend. You can't..." This is when Chase finally pushes off from leaning against the door, and steps in, glaring hard.

"No. She's not. You were a trash boyfriend, which is why she broke up with you. And that's why you're here right? To threaten her back into being your follower magnet? No. You're done messing with my best friend." They stand toe to toe, before Chase smirks and walks back to the wall.

"Okay man, I think it's time for you to lea-" I start to step forward to kick him off of the property, before I'm interrupted by the front door slamming open. It reveals a very angry Tony and Jack.

"Hey Davids!" Tony storms through the doorway, fuming, and pops him in the jaw.

"What the hell man?!" Mason stumbles back, holding his nose. I can see blood drip down from it as Ondre grabs Tony back. Jack walks forward towards Chase, whispering in his ear, causing Chase to glower at Mason, standing tall next to Jack.
