Chapter 4: Savage

Sophia POV

I grab my bag off the floor of the Tesla as Thomas opens my door. I smile at him slightly as I step out, staring up at the house. Every time I come, no matter how recently I've been, it seems so big. It's just such a cool house. Chase and Charli are joking about something behind me as I follow Thomas up to the front door.

I haven't been back in a while. I also haven't seen Jack, Kouvr, or Larray in like 2 weeks, which is insane and I miss them so much. Speaking of, "MY GIRL IS HERE, STEP ASIDE PEASANTS!" I hear from behind the door, followed by Larray swinging it open and running towards me. I see Alex's vlog camera and Alex follow him out, as I am tackled to the ground and everyone starts laughing. Larray keeps screaming random things in my ear as Jack, James, Kouvr, Dixie, Addison, Nick, Mia, and Patty all come out.

Jack walks over, laughing along with everyone. He pulls me up and into a hug and Larray stands up, joining us. I see Kouvr run over and join the group hug followed by everyone but Thomas and Alex, who are both filming. My small 5' 1" stature is getting slightly crushed, but it feels good. I missed my friends.

Everyone but Jack and Kouvr let go, and stepped back. Addison, Larray, and Dixie run over to Charli, and they walk into the house. Mia walks over to Jack, Kouvr, and I, while Alex, Patty, Nick, James, and Thomas all walk back towards the Tesla, talking about going to Canes. As Alex passes us, he kisses Kouvr on the cheek and squeezes my shoulder. I love Alex, he's so nice to me, and he loves Kouvr. Which I like.

Kouvr lets go, and Jack squeezes me back against his chest again before doing the same.

Jack is so amazing. When Chase first brought me to the Hype House, it had been there for a while. We had been in this weird period of time where Mason was especially against Chase for a bit so I couldn't come over.

But anyway, I was terrified that Chase liked them all better over me now or that they would all hate me or something. But the minute Chase pulled me through the door, Kouvr, Charli, and Addison ran over and all hugged me, basically gushing over how cool I used to be on Musical.ly and now Tiktok. I was so nervous but they were so sweet. Then Jack and James walked over and immediately said we should make a tiktok. It was so fun. Me and Jack got even closer from then on. He's just an actually nice guy. James is awesome too.

"You up to go to the pool now, or film some tiktoks inside, or do you need food? What do you you want to do?" Kouvr asks, clearly trying to gauge how I'm doing. Mia and Jack just watch me along with her. They always do this, it's nothing new. I don't really get it but whatever.

"We could do some Tiktoks and then change and get in the pool. Or are we supposed to wait for like a "pool party" till when the boys get back?"

"Do I suddenly not count as a male?" Jack laughs, "I mean we all know Larray is just a Larray, but like I'm offended" we all laugh, and walk towards the front door. As I walk in, I look around with wide eyes. It's always a shock, no matter how many times I come back.

"I'll get a ring light. How does the savage dance sound first? I'll do Tony's boy version in the middle and then Mia and Kouvr on either side. Sophiaaaa?" Jack says getting his phone out and walking over to a ring light propped against a wall.

"Yees?" I say watching him walk around the living room to find a good place.

"You'll need a chair to be in the back." Kouvr and Mia burst out laughing as my mouth drops open, "Jack!" I exclaim unbelieving.

"I'll get you one Soph," Kouvr says continuing to laugh as I pout walking over to a couch, setting my bag down and sitting down. I cross my arms over my chest, watching Jack set up his phone.
