Janet was confused. One moment she was sitting around at home deciding what movie she wanted to watch and the next her parents were giving her and her brother Chris a book bag each telling them things like "You have to go with Gleeson okay?" and "You're no longer safe here in Chicago". The three of them went looking for Zack at the park. That's when they saw a serpent lady chasing after Zack. After Gleeson pulled out his sword form his backpack (apparently it was enchanted and he could fit a lot of things in it) and killed the serpent lady (which turned out to be Becca, Zack's ex-girlfriend) they headed towards New York.

"How are you planning on getting us there Coach?" asked Zack. He looked pretty shaken up. It's not everyday that you see your girlfriend turn into a serpent lady, or a Dracaena. "We've been walking for three hours. Chris is getting tired."

"Zack, can you carry me on your shoulders?" Chris said as if on cue. Zack obliged. "Excuse me Coach? Can we get some food? I'm getting hungry."

"Don't worry kids. We're almost at there." Coach said. "Once we get to camp you guys can eat all you want."

"Almost there? As in almost to New York?" Janet asked Coach surprised.

"Yes ma'am"

"But we've been walking for three hours. New York is like, 4 states away!" Janet began to look around. That's when she first noticed that she didn't recognize any of her surroundings. "Zack. Where are we?"

"What do you mean Jan?"

"Well, I don't recognize anything. Are we in a new part of town?" Zack began to look around as well. We would've pulled out our phones to use maps but Coach took them away. He said that demigods like us weren't allowed to have phones. It would attract more monsters to us. Demigods. That was what he called them. Thanks to Zack for studying Greek mythology extensively, Janet found out that a demigod was half-human and half-god. Apparently a Greek god (or goddess in my example) had fallen in love with their parents and had kids with them. So Zack, Chris, and herself were children of the Greek gods. Unbelievable but, compared to the serpent lady, it didn't sound as crazy anymore.

"Coach? Where are we?" Zack had pulled the coach to stop.

"Where about to reach Long Island, New York." Coach said and turned around to continue to walk.

"Excuse me?" Janet asked rather surprised. "We've been walking for about three hours. How did we get from Chicago to Long Island in three hours?!"

"I was rather confused myself as well. I was planning to take a car and drive all the way to New York. But then I figured out that it had to be a blessing. Since we are traveling, it had to a blessing form one of your dads." Coach looked around inspecting each of them.

"My dad? How did he-" Janet began.

"No, not our dad." Zack interrupted. "I think he means the one of our other dads. As in the godly dad. Right?" Zack looked at Coach. He nodded. "So since we're travelling then you mean that one of our dads is Hermes? The messenger of the gods?"

Coach nodded. "You got that right cupcakes. Now can we hurry up? I don't want to get attacked by another monster before we get there."

Janet was amazed. How was it possible for them to be in Long Island. It was only three hours. Then she looked up. On top of a hill was a 30-foot statue next to a pine tree.

"Is that Camp Half-Blood?" Zack pointed towards the tree.

"We have arrived. Hurry. They're waiting for you three." Coach said as he began to run, once he reached the top of the hill his image shimmered, after it stopped Janet gasped.

"Coach, you have donkey legs!" Janet pointed. Zack laughed.

"I think they're goat legs Jan. As in Satyrs. Coach is a Satyr." Zack began to run up the hill. Janet followed right after him. For a moment all that she saw was a big white house with a strawberry field right next to it but, once she got to the top the image changed. Below her was the same big house with the strawberry field but, there was also a certain amount of cabins, a mess hall, and what looked like a bleachers looking at a pit of coal.

"Di immortales" Janet said.
