I woke up to a loud crash. For a moment I was completely lost. It was dark except for the light coming in through the windows. I looked down to see a shadow next to me. It was Nico. I smiled as he stirred and yawned. He looked up at me then smiled.
"Morning Sunshine." He said. I leaned in and kissed him. Then I looked around and glanced at the radio's clock. 1:37.
"You mean afternoon. It's 1:37." He looked at the clock and laughed. I smiled for a bit and began to laugh. "We slept through our morning activities Death Boy" I stood up and stretched my arms. Nico stood up after and sat on his bed. I walked up to him and pulled him up to give him another kiss. Then he turned his head before I had the chance.
"No. That's impossible. He's dead" he looked out the window and then began to put on his shoes.
"Nico?" I sat down next to him and put my hand on his shoulder. "What's wrong? Who's dead?" Nico didn't answer me and then Jason came running into the cabin.
"It's Leo! He's.. He's back!" Then he ran out of the door leaving it open. Nico was the first one to stand up. He took my hand and pulled me out of the cabin. We followed a mass of campers running out towards the woods.
"Nico." I tried to make him stop but he just kept pulling me. "Nico! How is this possible?" I pulled him back and put my hands on his shoulders.
"I don't know Will! Okay! Just... He's.. Alive! Come on!" Then began to pull me again. We arrived to a crater with smoke blocking our view of the middle. Jason was using the winds to clear the smoke and Percy was drenching the burning trees with water from the creek. Nico immediately jumped into the crater and began to run into the smoke.
"Nico!" I yelled as I tired to jump in after him but was pulled back by Zack and Lance. "Let me go! I have to go after him!"
"Would you just wait. Nico knows what he's doing. If anything he can shadow travel out of there. It's too dangerous for you." Lance said.
"I don't care! Let me go! Nico!" I kept yelling and elbowed Lance on the face. Lance fell.
"Hey! Stop that." Zack said. People were beginning to look at us. "I'm sorry to do this to you Will. I really am." Then Zack put his hand on my forehead and spoke in Ancient Greek. "Sleep." And the last thing I remember was falling into Annabeth and Piper's arms.
